She’s so good at interpreting what you’re asking her for and then making it happen! Couldn’t be more pleased. I also have to say that everyone in the salon is so friendly. It’s always a joy to walk in there and be greeted with a warm friendly smile!

I like my hair cropped really short and Laura’s cutting skills are brilliant! Most stylists are hesitant to snip at it fearing it will be wrong but Laura fires in with confidence. Thank you Laura.

I have been to this salon twice now with Mel since recently moving to Penzance and both times I have really enjoyed my experience. The salon is really nice and has a nice atmosphere. I really enjoy the having my hair washed as the chair has a massager so you are completely relaxed.
Mel is amazing hair stylist and so friendly. I love going to this salon with Mel and would highly recommend.

As usual, everything was perfect. From the friendly receptionist, to the young lady who washed my hair, and of course Nadine, who cut and styled my hair. Everything you want a hair appointment to be.

I'd had an appointment earlier in the week at 11.30 am, and unfortunately got confused by the time and thought it was 2.30 pm. They were kind enough to forgive me (!) and made me a new appointmentfor today at 11.30 am. Nadiine fitted me in between her other appointments, which I really appreciate. She's always cut my hair. The salon is bright and airy, with lovely views from the first floor. I was offered tea or coffee. I fully recommend this salon.

As always - excellent! Always come out feeling relaxed, refreshed and pampered.

Great haircut and service, Mel is very knowledgeable and I am so happy with my hair cut

Hadn't been to a hairdressers for over 2.5 years and my hair looked dreadful, . It had changed texture and colour in that time so I was very worried about having it cut & coloured with a new stylist. I needent have been.... Mel sorted everything out so calmly, and now it looks really great - such an amazing difference. I am happy to reccommend this salon to anyone and will definately be returning.
