Both Kelly and Kim were brilliant, walked out feeling really good!! Salon has done a really good job at the protection of its staff and clients. Well done.

This was my first appointment at the Colour Lounge. I was a little apprehensive but needn’t have been as Lisa put me at ease right from the start.
Very professional and friendly staff and the COVID 19 restrictions were dealt with brilliantly.
My hair looked amazing and I have already booked my next appointment.

So pleased with the whole salon experience. I was a bit nervous about all the new restrictions but it was perfectly managed. I'm so pleased with my hair colour, as always Charlotte has worked her magic and my hair looks and feels great. Professional hair pampering at its best.

Excellent COVID measures felt extremely safe and relaxed

I only had to wait about 5 mins outside the shop (I got there early). Warmly welcomed and all nerves out at ease straight away. The way salon is laid out is perfect. Absolutely no hesitation when booking my next appointment.

Absolutely fantastic to be pampered by Lisa and her friendly staff. Such a nice feeling as I was nervous but all precautions were made and I felt safe and secure.

Lovely hairdressers with friendly and knowledgable staff, made even better by Lisa who is a very skilled hairdresser and colour expert, and she steams my favourite music into the salon whilst getting my hair done.

After having to wait so long for hair salons to reopen, I had my hair cut and highlighted by Kim.All I can say is a huge thank you for a fab hair do.

The hard work, effort and attention to detail post lockdown is apparent from the moment you step in the door, without any detraction from the same friendly atmosphere of level of customer service. Just had my hair coloured and cut at the colour lounge Launceston and it was wonderful. Beautifully cared for and given all the appropriate Ppe and the cut has been much admired.

Went to get my roots done today by Charlotte and I’m so happy with the results they look amazing especially taking into consideration how grown out my hair was!! The salon stuck to all the government guidelines in a very important and impressive way! I’m so happy with the service today!

So lovely to return to The Colour Lounge for a hair cut with Kelly. The precautionary measures for the virus feel well organised and looked aesthetically pleasing. I felt safer there than when I go to the supermarket for food shopping.

Kelly was excellent as usual and listened to my thoughts on my haircut. Even though I'm an older lady she treated me as a valued customer, which is more than some salons do!
I felt safe, and the salon had obviously gone to a huge amount of trouble to keep themselves and their customers safe.

The experience was excellent as I wasn’t sure what to expect very professional and hygiene was excellent and as expected Kim did a great job on my highlights and cut definitely recommend 5 star experience x

Today I had a full colour and cut by Lisa Whitehouse in The Colour Lounge and as usual she did an amazing job. Im thrilled. They were fully adhering to government guidelines and acted professionally and efficiently. They used high quality equipment, everything was sterilised, there was plenty of information to guide you so there was no confusion at all. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. It’s Saturday 4th July and the first day the salons are open. I want to say a big shout out to the staff at the wonderful Colour Lounge. Professional, attention to social distancing, safe environment, PPE and care of the customer. Well done ladies! I felt so safe in your hands and even took the plunge to have my hair cut shorter. The experience has lightened my mood after so many months trying to tame my locks. Huge kudos to Lisa Whitehouse and the gang and to my stylist Kimberley Arscott.

Brilliant, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair,friendly atmosphere great coffee, good cut and blow dry.Will definitely be back.

Lovely salon, lovely ladies. Possibly a little expensive for just a dry cut but wasn’t overly bothered at paying a little more as the overall experience was great
