Had a lovely experience, chose the exact colour I want and how I would like my hair cut. Lovely and friendly staff, I am looking forward to my full appointment when I can finally get my hair sorted out

Today as always I walked away happy.

I went into the salon with my usual confidence that I would not be disappointed after. Having had my usual root touch up, trim and great wash and head massage. I asked Lisa for advice on dealing with my natural wave. I have straightened my hair for years and never taken the opportunity to enhance my natural curls. Lisa explained, demonstrated and produced lovely results ?. I walked away with a softer look than the sometimes harsh straightened look I wear. I couldn’t have a better stylist and hair salon whom I trust.

The Colour Lounge is a place to relax and put yourself in the hands of the stylists. Kim has been doing my hair for over 6 years and has helped me decide where I want to go with colour tone and cut. The salon is friendly, clean, and stylish and it feels like a few hours with friends. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Return visit after lockdown, my hair was definitely in need of tidying up. Lisa was professional as always and suggested a style to suit me. Very happy with the results and got compliments afterwards from friends. The salon is always spotless and all staff are cheerful and friendly.

This was my first visit to The Colour Lounge as I am new to the area and require a new hair salon.

I was met by a very friendly and polite employee who showed me to a waiting area. Kim was also very friendly and professional, applying a patch skin test and listening to me explaining about my hair and what I would like done.

I am now booked in for 22/05 and cannot wait to visit again!

I am currently looking after two little girls aged 3 &4 who have never had their hair cut before. Charlotte was brilliant with them, very patient and applied distraction skills to achieve a safe and lovely cut. The girls loved it, thank you!

First visit to Colour Lounge - had missed the salon experience so treated myself! Friendly, safe, stylish and welcoming. Excellent advice from Kelly on the short, funky cut I was seeking and how it would work with my hair, with potential options for colour/highlights offered too. Delighted with my final cut, it's made me feel more confident and Kelly was very knowledgeable. Will be back! ?

It was lovely to be back not least as I was having problems seeing out. As usual a happy fun atmosphere made my long colour and cut appointment a real treat to be out. My hair wash with Amy and lovely massage deeply relaxing.

So great to be welcomed back after 4 months break. The usual COVID precautions are in place but not intrusive. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to when I can get a coffee again!

Like to try the colour lounge. I hadn’t had my hair cut during lockdown so it was a much needed cut.

I have to say the service and cut Charlotte gave me was excellent. The salon is a lovely environment and atmosphere and Char was incredibly professional and very personable.

I have travelled a lot with my job and been to salons all over the UK and several abroad but none have impressed me as much as The Colour Lounge in Launceston.
I must admit I was surprised to find such a salon in a town in Cornwall but luckily was recommended it by someone I met.
From the time I entered the salon I was treated like a friend and there was a lovely atmosphere really buzzy and up beat.
My hair is very difficult usually as curly and long and despite the many stylists I have tried no one seemed to understand how to deal with it successfully. Luckily Lisa, who is the owner, has among the many courses she has completed, gone to the experts who specialise in dealing with curly hair and boy has it paid off.
Lisa cut and colored it and used special products and the result transformed my hair. I had numerous compliments from people remarking on the before and after look and I came out of the salon absolutely delighted for the first time ever!
Lisa is a magician and has taken so many courses to improve her know.edge and loves nothing better than to transform people’s look. I can’t thank her enough and am waiting for lock down to end to return!

It is a really nice place with a lovely atmosphere and I am in love with the end result. Really helped me with my curly hair by teaching me how to treat and look after it properly.

Really wonderful team. They were very considerate and supportive of my skin condition (Scalp Psoriasis) and were very effective in asking what shampoo and conditioner to use. This made me feel really valued and I'm extremely touched at how considerate that was.
There was a great team atmosphere, the customers were really happy while i was there. Overal, a brilliant experience and my hair looks great! (Thank you!)
