We’re lucky to have this lovely salon in Falmouth, Nikki and her team are excellent and I highly recommend them.

I cant recommend Danika enough for the time effort and expertise she's put into my hair. Honestly never thought I could have my hair this blonde and in the condition it's in. She's a hair queen ?

All of the staff are super friendly. Nikki really knows what suits me and offers excellent advice for colour and cut. The offer of hot and cold drinks is a welcome treat. A big thank you .

Georgia has put the most beautiful subtle highlights in my hair, am SO happy with the result! It's exactly what I'd hoped for. She has such a wide technical skill, as all the ladies do, but also her creative flair and expertise meant that the final result looks natural and has given life and great condition back into my hair. So happy with my cut and style. All the staff are lovely and they always adapt to what you want. Have used this salon for over 5 years and am never disappointed. They use ethical products and are happy to explain what suits different hair types and styles.

I just wanted to say a huge thanks to Danika for still giving her clients all the time and attention that she normally does when her colleagues were off recently and she was squeezing in extra clients who may have had to be cancelled. What great teamwork and of course, gorgeous hair as always.

All of the staff are so friendly and cheerful, nothing is too much trouble. Coffee, tea, juice, water are plentiful. The salon is spotless and cleaned cleaned down after each customer. It really is a safe, clean environment.

This was my first visit in over a year due to covid and everyone is just as warm and friendly as they were before. It was the first time Georgia has cut my hair, which has a tendency to stick out all over the place and she has done a great job tidying it up and looking presentable again. Many thanks!!

Had a complete restyle and I am so happy with the results. Went from long hair to a pixie cut and Georgia did a fantastic job. The stylists are all lovely and the salon immaculate and welcoming.

Had my haircut here last October while on holiday and vowed to be back I was so pleased. It’s nice to be listened to and the results were exactly what I asked for! Couldn’t get back until last week because of lockdown but again really pleased. Nikki gives really good advice and is so nice. It’s a long way to get my haircut but worth it!

Thank you so much!! After a lockdown disaster, Danika has completely rescued my hair!! I’m so pleased with it - both the colour and cut. The whole experience was fantastic, from a talented stylist who knew exactly what to do and is full of advice, to the complimentary head massage, heated neck cushion and filter coffee… it’s like a mini spa day! Highly recommend!

Its the little extras that make it special, the friendly service, the stunning views, great coffee, amazing products, such a pampered experience. Here you get a great haircut, bespoke to your hair, no rushing, always checking you are happy., because they want you to love your hair.

I have never been in a salon that puts me so at ease not only is the environment relaxing and beautiful but every member of staff is friendly and approachable.

Jazz is so easy to talk to, she listens really well and as she cuts she checks it's absolutely what you want and if it's not doable explains in an understandable way why not, with only a kind suggestion of what will work and still always checking your happy.

This is the first salon I've been too that I feel 100%happy to communicate when it's not what I want .

I've always left ecstatic with my new cut or colour.
I arrange hair cuts and colour around important events as I know I can trust I will be attending with beautiful hair and therefore confidence.

My hair was a disaster before being recommend NV as I love to switch up my look regularly.
I can't thank this salon enough for helping keep my hair in great condition while I continue to do that.

I had my hair done today done Ellie who is a trainee with NV. I am so pleased with the outcome my colour is amazing and the cut is just as I wanted. Ellie took her time to make everything perfect and I left feeling great!! I would recommend this to anyone.

I felt totally spoiled by Ellie and Nikki, a lovely experience in a great atmosphere, I feel totally pampered coming out with gorgeous shiny hair that feels really soft and the cut looks great!

I am delighted with my shorter hair style by Jaz.

Georgia did an excellent job of reinvigorating my hair. Lovely cut and my hair feels lighter, more conditioned and the curls have returned.
She also gave me lots of tips for looking after curly hair ?
The head massage was great too.

Great cut as ever; Georgia always checks in with what I’d like, walks through the options and recommendations and makes sure I’m happy before she starts. Salon is always immaculately clean and all staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Danika is one lovely talented stylist. Have to say that is the first time I’ve walked out of a salon and actually LOVED the colouring! She took a lot off my hair as it needed it and I left with a beautiful Bob that I absolutely adore. She was really careful and took into account what I wanted and am beyond happy with the results! Would recommend her to anyone especially if you want to try something new!

I have been putting off going to a hairdresser since moving to Falmouth in June 2020 having used the same hairdresser for over 20 years in Perth, Scotland. Having read the reviews I decided to try NV and I’m so glad I did and really wished I’d gone a lot sooner.

On arrival at the salon I found the girls warm, welcoming and attentive.

I was treated to a wonderful head massage then Nikki did her magic cutting and blow drying my hair. Loved it.
