I had an amazing haircut, literally the best (not even exaggerating). They were all so lovely and good at what they do and it was the first time I had been to a hair dresser who really understood curly hair . I came away feeling great and loving my hair.

I have been going to NV for a few years and every time it's a relaxing enjoyable experience. But I do have to make a special mention to the young lady today who gave me my complimentary head massage. What an absolute delight. I would go to NV every day just to have a hair wash and head massage, just the best. Thank you NV team

Had an appointment with Ruby today for a toner and blow dry and honestly so pleased with the results. My colour is so much brighter - exactly what I needed! Everyone is always lovely and welcoming, plus every effort was made to ensure I got exactly what I wanted.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Georgia was lovely and my cut from long to short is amazing! Relaxing atmosphere with amazing views too!

Time for cut, all done step by step and still discussing what you require.
I cannot fault NV and my stylist Georgia.

My hair needed TLC , a cut to correct a bad cut, roots touch up and foils dark and blonde. I had the works !
Add to that an intense conditioning treatment, amazing head massage and a warm wheat bag for my shoulders, I literally did.not want to go home !
Hair looks great, lovely colour, Just what I wanted and the cut is great ! Ellie and Nikki worked wonders and I’m over the moon !
Nearly forgot.. plenty of cups of tea too ?

From walking in the door to leaving, feeling and looking fabulous, NV is deserving of all its awards. The atmosphere is relaxed, everyone is so kind and thoughtful and the salon is managed perfectly. Add to this great stylists - I see Georgia who is a hair genius! She always listens, she has immense skill and knowledge and always makes me feel amazing.

I felt I needed a change as my hair felt very heavy. Georgia understood exactly what would look good and gave me an attractive cut that makes me feel so much better!

A lovely experience,, as always.. Every visit guarantees a warm welcome and Nikki never fails to do a brilliant job with my hair.

Excellent salon experience. Friendly and accommodating staff, I love the coffee and tea menu and how the processes were all explained to me throughout. My stylist Jaz listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. I definitely have had a few bad salon experiences where they have taken too much off but Jaz really listened to what I wanted and I am so happy with the result. The half price first cut is such a great deal and I will definitely
be coming back again :)

I’ve been going to NV for several years but this is the first time Jaz has cut my hair and I’m very pleased with the result.

Amazing - as always. The safety with Covid is still very much respected. Atmosphere is so relaxing and with head massage and wheat pack feels like a ‘mini-spa’. Nikki is wonderful and always attentive and spends time achieving what I have asked for. Loving my cut and colour ? thank you x

Full head of highlights was definitely needed on my hair and the results were amazing. Full coverage on my grey areas which is almost impossible. I’m so happy!

This is a very special place. The staff are so helpful and Nicki is a brilliant stylist. In addition there are lovely views over the harbour to enjoy. I always really enjoomy visits to NV and am delighted with the results.
