Great initial consultation, really looking forward to my appointment.

After an awful winter and a delayed appointment because I was busy had a lovely restful hour with Ellie. Came out feeling like my old self due to an incredible cut and her warmth and compassion.

As always Leah made a super job of blow drying my hair and putting just the right amount of curl in it. She’s so professional but also someone who is easy to chat to and she makes the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. She always asks about condition and whether I’ve had any issues with my hair and provides solutions if I have. It’s a joy having my hair done with Leah.

Fantastic experience throughout. Leah was welcoming and came with lots of suggestions but without being at all pushy. The result was a super colour and a fantastic cut.

This was my first time at NV and from the minute I stepped through the door the whole experience has been wonderful. A warm greeting, the offer of a drink ( seriously, who is going to turn down a Bailey's coffee or hot chocolate?!) and being introduced to my stylist Jaz. Jaz is lovely and discussed my hair concerns, current care routine, and what I wanted to achieve whilst giving her expert view about what would enhance my curl pattern and how to balance the style with my face shape and the fact that I wear glasses. She explained the products they would be using and the benefits and how she would cut my hair, deliberately taking small amounts off to start with to determine how my hair would respond. Once she'd completed the first full cut she was more than happy to work with me to achieve the shorter length that I felt I'd like ( effectively doing a "round 2" of cutting) whilst explaining what would work for me and what wouldn't. The head massage and heated wheat bag during the prep stage were a bonus! I'm thrilled with my hair, it has far more volume, curl and movement, and I learned a lot about how to care for it myself.

Have rebooked with the same lady. Thank you to Isla for the free head massage. Goid products used snd my hair is now slinky, feeling like real hair and not dry straw, and its smelling divine. I bought 3 products in the hope of remaining glossy silky and smelling good!

Excellent easy maintenance cut by Jaz and I'm quite fussy having worked in hairdressing at some big name salons (many years ago now!). I needed texture and tlc for my menopausal hair, definitely will return.

I love coming to NV. Everything about it is a treat, from the view to the drinks choices, the lovely staff and especially the care and attention from Laura. Have recommended it several times over!

Amazing colour and cut as always, Leah suggested adding a slightly different colour (warmer copper tones) as well as the caramel tones and I love it. Works really well with my existing colour and flattering for me. I've been coming to NV and Leah for 2 years and every experience has been positive and with great customer service from the team. Always a lovely atmosphere and relaxing visit.

This is my third time having my hair cut and coloured by Leah and every time I’ve left feeling super happy with my hair and experience. Thank you

Came in looking like a scarecrow and left feeling like a princess. Incredibly pampered experience with an olaplex type of hair treatment; head massage and hot wheat bag for my neck and shoulders afterwards. Complimentary chocolates, coffee and Prosecco too !!! Really amazing team of stylists and highly recommend. Ellie was also super for cutting and styling my hair after Leah’s colouring.

The first time Ellie has done my hair. I had a lovely head massage while the moisturiser treatment was left to work on my hair , and subsequently Ellie blow dried and styled my hair exactly how I like it.,

Lilli spent time choosing the right colour for me bearing in mind im going on hols & my hair bleaches very quickly in the sun & im really plzd with the outcome.
Lilli cut my hair for the 1st time & followed the pic I showed her & did an excellent job telling me what products you use to get the correct look.
All in all a very successful visit as usual with the perfect service always offered.
Looking forward to my next visit with Lilli & watch her grow.

Very professional consultation pre appointment to discuss the plan, salon impeccably clean and my stylist really friendly and helpful and the colour result excellent and the cut and blowdry really well executed. The cost wasn’t mentioned on my consultation and was more than I expected but the end result excellent.

I’ve been coming to Nikki at NV for a haircut for many years and cannot recommend this salon enough. Fantastic service with a lovely, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere.
