I had my hair highlighted with an apprentice, was super impressed with my colour and the whole experience. It was great being able to help her with her training, the other hairdresser was brilliant at supporting and advising her.

Had my hair done by Fae the new junior.Was really pleased.Looking forward to next visit.

Salon very busy today. Hair lovely when finished but didn’t last this time. Need to wash it after 2 days 😢. Hopefully just a one off as it’s a super job usually and lasts for days.

I have been having my hair cut with Lydia now for the past 6 months and she is absolutely brilliant. My hair is naturally curly so a pain to cut and dry, and she always does a fantastic job and makes sure every split end is cut. My hair has been so much healthier since my regular 8 week cuts.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, Lydia gave my 6 year old son a haircut and she was very good at getting him to sit in the chair to have his haircut for a while by talking to him about his interests as a distraction. Will definitely continue to go to phoenix for future haircuts.

Fantastic job done by Pauline on cutting my son Daniel's hair. Pauline has been cutting Daniel's hair for the past 25years. Pauline is so good that Daniel comes over all the way from New Jersey twice a year to have it done, so I think that speaks volumes thank you Pauline ❤️
