I'm always happy for Pauline to colour cut & blow-dry my hair. She always asks what I would like today ie colour. She is very professional and give advice on what I want. She is a lovely person we have a laugh a chat . Very friendly atmosphere.

Amazing, feel great, very accommodating. I always enjoy my visit. Great music from 80's.

I think the service can improve:
- use brush to get rid of loose hair at back of neck.
- use mirror to show customer if they satisfied with the hair cut at the back.
- if customer came back for small alteration not to charge them extra as done by most previous salon used by me.
- offer special deals for pensioners.
I discovered back home I don’t like the hair at the back. Also had a lot if hair inside my clothes at the back.
