I'm in love with my hair again all thanks to Pauline. After many years of neglect my hair was a shambles I never thought it possible to save but after my visit my hair is looking the best it ever has. The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing, as someone who suffers from anxiety I was instantly put at ease by the friendly, welcomng atmosphere. I will certainly be back.

Came in for my make up trial before the big day and it was really enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and talked me through everything as i dont know much about make up etc. As i dont know much they advised me on which would look best/suit me more. Atmosphere was very relaxing and i just knew i was in good hands. Thanks so much

Always friendly and helpful slain

i came in for a free hair cut that was won in a school fair. the experience was nice and the girl was lovely but the hair was shocking. it's taken me until now as i didn't see the proper results until i've washed it myself.. but it's not a good cut at all

Have been going to Phoenix for many years have always had Pauline, today Ebony did half head foils with three colours, cut and blow dry, I have to praise Ebony she has high standards and I am so, so pleased with with my high lights and low lights. Thank you Ebony.

At last I have the perfect hairdresser. Ebony is marvellous she does your hair exactly as requested and the cutting is superb, without paying the earth and wishing you had gone somewhere else.
