I had my hair done today by Ebony at the phoenix. I have been going to this friendly welcoming salon for years. I would not go to any other salon i feel comfortable there. The staff are so friendly & accomadating. I give them 5 stars

I went to Phoenix after my usual hairdresser had moved out of the Abergele area, obviously I was worried about a new stylist getting what I wanted right.
I really shouldn’t have had any worries because from start to finish Lydia was absolutely brilliant. We chatted like we had known each other for years and she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me tips for keeping my new colour vibrant.
I can honestly say I have found a new hairdresser and salon that I am happy with. Top marks to Lydia and the team at Phoenix.

Been so Happy with hair Colour was achieved on Two occasions sadly this time NOT Was wanting Silver Grey Results Yellow roots and White ends was very upset Third time there was so pleased then this Really upset disappointed and totally can not understand Why £101?for heartbroken I just do not understand why Anyway No return Sadly so upset Sikver grey to Yellow roots and ends pink. 😡 then when husband went back to get a toner they could not get till tue well tell me I would of rebooked. I want a full refund Really upset cas really enjoyed going there 😒

It was an amazing experience my little girl loved it as she was the ine having her hair done. Ebony did an amazing job of her hair and she spent some time at first recommending and advising us first what would be best for my girls shape face etc. Lovely atmosphere always so happy there and highly recommend. Ebony at Phoenix has been cutting, colouring my roots and blow drying my hair for a number of years. She knows exactly what my hair needs. The salon under Pauline trains their stylists to a high standard.

Another great experience. My Hair felt soft and conditioned. Staff here are courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
