As Always Excellent

I have been reluctant to leave a review as I don’t normally like leaving bad reviews, but never the less I came into the salon hoping to get my mullet cut in my hair has grown out for two years and was below the shoulders and curly. The pictures I presented were of a long curly mullet same length on the back as mine once was, my target was a long curly fringe about bottom of your eyelids length, I now have a very short straight fringe above my eye brows. To end all the sides I asked to be feathered in hence the mullet style haircut was cut into a bowl cut. I will now have to cut it all of or deal with wearing a beanie hat for a couple of weeks and hope I gain some length back. I still appreciate the service I was given. Many thanks

I was recommended Phoenix as i have alopecia. I was welcomed in and able to talk about what I need found a perfect wig that looked natural. So helpful and eager to help with absolutely no pressure to buy.

I find it very unprofessional to write negative reviews but I'm deeply upset due to unforseen circumstances that my Christmas has been ruined by the worst Hair Cut that I've ever experienced, it's truly shocking that an unexperienced stylist can replace a brilliant stylist 😢

I went to Phoenix after my usual hairdresser had moved out of the Abergele area, obviously I was worried about a new stylist getting what I wanted right.
I really shouldn’t have had any worries because from start to finish Lydia was absolutely brilliant. We chatted like we had known each other for years and she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me tips for keeping my new colour vibrant.
I can honestly say I have found a new hairdresser and salon that I am happy with. Top marks to Lydia and the team at Phoenix.
