I have been visiting Ami at Frances hi Ter for a qee while now .
Chatty friendly professional service keeps me informed at all stages Including product recommendation.

Marie, as always, advised and coloured my hair, styled my hair and made my hair look great.

Lauren is a fantastic stylist, she always manages to do my hair exactly how I ask/wanted it she's very knowledgeable and helpful on how to maintain my hair I'd never want to go to anyone else she's just the best 100%

Great visit as always, everyone is super friendly and Marie always manages to know exactly what I need despite my very garbled attempt to explain!

Can’t beat a great head massage while at the basin and a super blow dry. Amy listens to what you want and delivers what you’ve asked for. Relaxing and friendly salon with plenty parking nearby.

Amy was very knowledgeable, discussed what I was looking for and gave tips on blow drying. Such a lovely young lady to have dealt with, very professional.

Yet again Lauren has transformed my rather dull hair into something any model would be proud of. I love how ny hair looks and feels after Lauren's done her magic. Very happy again as usual and will be back.

I had asked for my name to be put down for a cancellation and, as promised, got a call when an appt became available for Lauren. My hair was really badly needing a good cut as I had left it for a while. I was glad I went. Lauren was great, chatted away, gave me advice on products for my hair and also on colour, as I was explaining about a style I had in mind. I had a great cut and blowdry, my hair feels healthier and I was so grateful for them fitting me in at last minute.

I came in for a walk in appointment Amy was very welcoming, I felt relaxed and comfortable. I haven’t been before I will definitely be back. I see there are two Amy’s so I hope I selected the right one she was really nice and helpful and skilled with scissors more importantly.

I have decided to embrace my Grey! Marie talked me through the process, coming up with solution options and helping me decide which was the best for me and my hair. All the girls in the salon were lovely & friendly - lovely atmosphere. Picked up a couple of Christmas presents too!

Manageress did my hair great today

I went in with old long hair and came out with a lovely pixie short style which Marie encouraged me to get. She knew I wanted to go for it but was a big step but Marie was with me all the way. Excellent hairdresser.

Marie took time to find out what I was looking for and made suggestions of what she could achieve. I am very happy with the result which was exactly the what I wanted. Everyone in the salon was very pleasant, helpful and professional.

Great service and a nice relaxed atmosphere in the salon. The stylists are all friendly and know there stuff. Special mention for Marie...knows my hair and is very experienced. She always makes my hair look great.

Amy was fantastic took me in last minute today.
As a fellow hairdresser i appreciate the professionalism and amy also took time to ask what shampoo products I liked and used.
I ended up getting a cut and blow dry with curls and Its the first time in a long time I loved someone else doing my hair as I'm very particular.
I loved the sulphate free shampoo and the range she used before drying. I would like to be reminded so I can purchase these in the near future.

Lauren is just fantastic all round hairdresser - she spends time talking to her clients and getting their thoughts then sharing her expert knowledge and outcome is totally satisfied customer! I had another appointment with Lauren this morning and left the salon feeling once again delighted with how she had cut and blow dried my hair - will definitely be back!

Been going to Frances Hunter in Alloa for about 12 years now, with Marie being my usual hairdresser. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and really know how to look after you and make you feel at home. I love my chats with Marie and having a good old catch up, and she also is fantastic at doing hair and knows my hair type and that I'm allergic to convential PPD containing hair dye. Cannot recommend the lovely team at Frances Hunter enough.
