Thank you so much to Monica for an incredible wash cut and dry. Monica heard me out took a look at a picture for me and totally put my mind at ease as I was feeling nervous. Really attentive and great attention to detail and lots of good advice. Thank you I feel so much better and thank you for squeezing me in today and all front of house as well for being so welcoming and lovely. I will definitely be back. Wishing you all the best :) xx

Have been going to Lulu for 10+years.have always come out of the salon looking and feeling great.i ll miss her as she takes leave for a while but she will leave me in safe hands.Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming too.

Excellent service from start to finish. With no appointment, I was seen within 20 minutes - the receptionist did everything she could to accommodate
me, as always. With the stylist I felt I was in the hands of an expert, passionate about her work. Such care and attention was given to my hair cut throughout. I really felt she understood my hair type and cut my hair to show off its strength. From flat, long and lifeless to a youthful, modern bounce. I am so delighted with the end result. Thank you

Over used thinning scissors
Had long layers when I went in .
came out with lobsided uneven short front.
Back of head was short in patches with others not touched… I won’t be back.

Had full head of highlights tint cut and blow dry by Lulu today. Really pleased with my hair and Lulu has done a great job as usual.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years(13 I think). It is a great place- clean , well organised, service- ab perfect, staff friendly and professional.

Louise really listened to my needs and gave me a lovely blow dry. Patrice gave me a great shampoo!

Good haircut for an entry level

From the booking and shampoo to the cut and style, I felt I received really good service.

Patrice did my hair today for the first time and it was really lovely

I had my hair ruined by a different salon. Balayage was done badly. I came to Regis and asked for their professional opinion and they gave me an honest one. Booked me in quick and easy.
When I went to my appointment and they saw my hair properly, they advised a different path than a repeat balayage and now my hair is looking so much better and all blended in the right places.
Absolutely love my hair and I’m super happy with it. I will definitely be rebooking for future appointments! :)

I arrived so hopeful as the girl who washed my hair was brilliant best shampoo and massage ever.
Meet stylist and she was so lovely but just didn’t listen to what I asked for and took my hair so short.
I just wanted a Bob with graduation up to my shoulders
She cut it right to my hair line.
I wish I had expressed how upset I was to her but instead just cried home.
Will not be returning.

Wonderful hairdresser

Although Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the overall atmosphere of other staff and salon was not. No one other than Emily engaged with me nor was I offered coffee which most salons would with lower pricing. I gather their working environment may have been disrupted as there was an Electrician fixing some lights when I got there and later a small film crew turned up presumably to record a promotional video.
However, my stylist, Emily worked very hard under pressure to give me a good experience and I was pleased with the result.
I am bearing in mind I booked the day before in person at short notice.

I have always found all the stylists that I see on my appointment day very warm and friendly and also the receptionists. However, I am very disappointed that we are unable to no longer have a cup of coffee . I feel it is a nice service that should go back to being provided, especially if you are there for some time or bring lunch as I do. I would like to hear your opinion on this matter.

All the staff are welcoming, friendly helpful and adhere to the covid rules. I've never had a bad experience here

Christina is a superb hair stylist . It is pure creativity and a privilege watching an artist at work . You come out of Regis elated, transformed by Christina’s Masterpiece & ready to take on the world with a spring in your step .

I have went in after a very bad hair cut and Vjollca has done an exceptional job and fixed my hair which I am extremely happy and pleased about, and once again thank you very much for fixing my hair.

Brilliant colour and cut as always from David. Every now and again I try an hairdressers nearer to me, but always return to Regis as no one is better than David.

This was my daughters first haircut.

She absolutely loved her hair when it was finished.
