Lulu always knows what to do with my hair and every time I walk out of the salon 100% satisfied and happy with the final look.. Lulu is great at what she does and I always rely on her to sort my hair out. I would recommend Lulu to anyone. She knows what she is doing and I leave it all to her.

It was my first visit and I needed a re-growth tint. Everyone was very friendly. I had a cast on a broken leg and I was looked after very well. The staff were caring and accommodating. I was delighted with the colour which matched perfectly with my existing shade.
As a bonus they had a heat lamp with halved the time with the colour on my head. I will be returning and will recommend the salon to my friends.

The water was on lukewarm only and I felt my hair wasn’t washed properly not Stella s fault she always does a good job
It has been cold on previous occasions too

Cassandra is excellent at her job, she’s always polite and happy.

Patrice did my hair today and she did it exactly how I wanted it. She is also gentle but has strong fingers when washing my hair. I will definitely go back to her again. Even the lady who took my coat, lovely personality.

Fantastic wash and blow dry

Excellent cut by Vjollca and she styled it great too. She also listened to what I asked for. Very pleased with the result.

Reception was very aggressive and defensive when I asked , every 6 months I have to take a patch test but does having my hair coloured also cover as a patch test? Don’t know why, but this question just made her quite angry towards me, that I had to say to her “you are being quite defensive”, I am just asking for future reference. The lady who cut my hair was absolutely lovely, wonderful.

Cass is always friendly and professional, it’s like visiting a friend every time I go to my appointment.

David has been cutting my hair since the 1980s and he always does a brilliant job which is why I am still going to him all these years later. He has never suggested a colour change as he likes my hair the colour it is.

Having been deserted by my long time hairdresser I have been searching for another. Unfortunately my hopes were dashed . I have read all the wonderful reviews and wish I were off of them. I have not received one compliment - quite the opposite I’m afraid. I wanted highlights and am now an over bleached block colour blonde with a line of dark roots showing which I really do not know how to cope with. It will take a. very long time for its original condition to be re-established.. Now searching for somebody to advise how to rectify

Stella is amazing, she literally made my day ten times better. She’s genuinely an awesome person and an amazing stylist 100% would recommend her. She took her time even though it was closing time she didn’t rush and had good conversation. My hair looks so good!!!

I feel a little cheated by coming into the salon having my hair washed and a treatment applied for £30 the treatment was only on for 5mins and felt it did nothing it wasn’t the hairdresser fought but I should have been told what was going to happen
