Lucie is a talented, friendly and hardworking stylist who always listens well and is happy to discuss the cut I'd like and answer any questions about hair. She offers extras like conditioning treatments without pushing them. I look forward to getting my hair cut as I enjoy chatting to her and I know I can trust her to do a great job.

Sophia wanted something a bit different and June as always takes time to talk to her and explain what she can do and how it will look. Delighted young girl. She will not go anywhere else to have her hair done it has to be June ?

Peggy is amazing love the outcome of my hair once she has finished. Makes my experience at ease the whole time i am there and so enjoyable.

Great service from Lucie as always. She is the only reason I travel through from Armadale once a month. And this time round it cost me £90 in a taxi to get hone as my train was cancelled! All the rest of the staff very friendly too. Keep up the great work!

Isabella listened to what I had to say about style I wanted she gave me ideas and suggestions of what would be best for my hair type and face and she totally restyled my hair and created a great modern style which everyone is commenting on great experience in this salon

I’ve had chemotherapy twice - and also the chemo curl. I loved the tight curls as I’ve always been curly since a child. Then, 6 months ago, the curls just disappeared. I was distraught and didn’t know what to do with straight hair.
I made my first ever appointment at Toni and Guy. Lucie took time to listen and consult and gave me a fantastic cut which left me feeling hopeful and confident. I came straight home and booked my next appointment.

As now a regular, Natalie has come to know just how I want my short hair cut. I am very pleased with her care and attention for my whole visit! Thank you.

Every time I see June and visit the salon I leaving feeling renewed and refreshed. She seems to get who I am and manages to cut my hair to reflect that. A great addition to my life despite the 2.5 he drive each way.

Over the moon with my colour by Peggy, her client care was brilliant and she was very friendly and welcoming. She always kept an eye on timings etc for colour and toner although I would have preferred that she applied my toner instead of someone else doing it

Lucie always does a great job - she's friendly, organised and happy to give advice and ideas to help keep my hair in good condition.

Natalie listens to my comments and together with her talent gives me a wonderful short haircut! She is excellent at a hairwash and head massage! Her customer care style is also very good and relaxing. Re: Atmosphere music could be chosen to better relax all ages - loud, thumping, repetitive music can be a bit much!
