The service is good and patient. The cut is surprisingly good even this is my first time here. A little bit recommendation for the design of the shop is: maybe find a way to lower the noise from everything, e.g. the hairdryer from other customers. It might be difficult but a mirror separation can be good for every customer’s privacy and could stop a little bit noise.

Tony always creates the best cuts and styles. I was very happy with the overall look of my hair ..he was attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted.

Tony is my stylist who has been cutting my hair for over 8 years. He is such a great stylist and fantastic at short hair. I can't recommend this salon enough all the staff are so lovely, it's a lovely atmosphere so relaxed and friendly. Thank youTony I just love my hair.

Another great haircut off Tony. I have been coming here for quite a long time and have always left feeling good. Lovely group of people they make the experience feel so relaxed.

My appointment was with Ineta, but when I tuned up at the Salon, the lady at the desk said Ineta had family emergency and couldn’t make it. This was understandable. But to my wonder why I was not informed, she, unapologetically, said because they wanted everyone to come and not to cancel any. That is very wrong. I wanted my hair done by the person I booked with. I had the right to be contacted, informed and given the option of cancellation or going for another stylist. I had my asthma triggered on the day but made my journey there because did not want to miss it. So at that moment I agreed to go with another stylist. Lucie was lovely but I her cut did not satisfy me as much as Ineta’s.
On the different matter, it is my right again to be informed of the difference in the price. I had booked to pay £44 with Ineta, and was not my choice to change her. I was passed to Lucie who charged me £10 extra at the end. I expected to be charged at least the same as I had booked for. There was no apology, no compensation for the bad service. Due to my asthma and that I had lost my voice up to point and the noisy background, I could not talk and complain there but I was shocked. I had a higher expectations. I had been very happy with Ineta and the service in my previous visits but not this time. I found it unprofessional.

I’ve been going to Lucie for about 4 years now and we get on very well. At the moment with CoVID my visits are about once a year. But I always get a great cut and lovely chat.

I’ve been with T&G for over 2 years now and never been happier with how my hair looks. When I first met Isabella, my hair had been badly damaged by bleach and I was convinced my hair would never be the same again, but here I am 2 years on and my hair is in the best condition ever.. Not only did Isabella save my hair, she is also such a joy to chat too, she’s very friendly and genuine, in fact the whole team in Glasgow are fab, no complaints at all.

It is wonderful to be pampered in the salon and leave feeling in a better mood
