I had my hair extensions replaced after having them initially done in October. Yet another fantastic experience. The salon is very well appointed with great professional and friendly staff. Chris is a total magician. I left the salon with my hair exactly the way I wanted. My extensions were exactly matched to my own hair colour and are so natural. Thanks again Chris, you are a star.

Today I had my gel fx nails removed and reapplied. After 2 weeks they were still in an excellent condition! There is a huge variety of colours to choose from! Would highly recommend!

Great cut as usual. Ellen is always fast and sure and thankfully doesn’t need too much input from me. I have to travel a long way to get a haircut from her.

Excellent quite deep massage from wonderful therapist, eased shoulder pain.

She did an amazing job , I was so pleased with it just what I was looking for

I’ve had my nails done by Lorraine on a number of occasions . She is always professional and does an excellent job. Always so pleased with the job done and my nails always last without chipping !

Chloe and Chris always do fantastic work on my hair. I love them.

I had a 90 min facial - after initial consultation Isabela recommended microdermabrasion and a light therapy. It was just lovely and relaxing but my skin really looked brighter and felt so clean and fresh.
Isabela was very professional & friendly and explained each part of the process to me.
I loved it & will definitely be back.

Every single time I go to ECH, I am welcomed and always looking forward to it. All the stylists, assistants and the beauty department are extremely talented and professional...my eye brows have never looked so good! I always go into the salon with my hair looking absolutely dire, and leave like a whole new woman. I have told all my friends to visit!

After battling a very wintry Saturday my signature facial with Isabela was heavenly. Every bit as relaxing as you could imagine, skin glowing afterwards....and despite the salon being busy pre-Christmas Isabela still had time for a manicure whilst Chloe worked her magic on my hair. A fabulous team work here, and truly look after their clients.

I love visiting ECH and can’t rate Ryan highly enough. My cut is exactly as I hoped it would be - he is such a talented stylist. Thank you Ryan - I love it!!

I’ve been coming to EC for 3 years now. Not only is my blow dry exactly what I want every time, the ambience is so lovely and welcoming.
Your name is written in advance in the mirror beside your seat, a detail that is so personal and makes me smile.
Ryan is AMAZING! My blowdry always lasts and I always leave feeling like me, only a better version!
Recently started to get my nails done too and sometimes it can be coordinated with your blowdry/treatment.
Ellen and Ken alongside the reception and of course Ryan make this a wonderful relaxing experience. Can’t compliment and recommend them highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This salon wins hands down to any other salon I’ve been to. The staff are amazing, always friendly and nothing is to much for them. Chris is an excellent stylist and always gives me a great cut and colour. I love the special touches they do to make you feel welcome and special, from the personalised message on the mirror to the sweets I’ve had while having my hair done. I took my daughter for a blow dry on her birthday and she had a lovely experience. The bubbles and cup cake went down a treat. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to Ellen, Chris and all the other amazing staff who make this salon so special.
