Just love visiting ECH! Such a friendly welcoming salon with a great atmosphere. Ryan is a genius and when he suggests a new cut or colour - go with it!! I promise you - you will love it!! Can’t rate them highly enough ????

Had my extensions removed and put back in. Chris, as usual made it a very pleasurable visit. Very quick and professional, removed, put back in and styled in just over 3 hours. I also had a nice coffee and a glass of bubbly. Thanks a million Chris.

Lorraine always gets results and I leave with glowing complexion. This time however I also had a consultation for my hair. I was really impressed how everyone collaborated and advised me on best cut and colour for my skin tone etc. Laura was my stylist and I am really delighted with the results and will highly recommend to others!

I’ve been having henna brows with Lorraine for few months now she listens and gives great advice after years of therapists hacking eyebrows so thin Lorraine has managed to get fuller longer brows they are fab

Had the new keratin treatment done on my very curly hair as well as cut and colour. Chloe and everyone in salon were very friendly and professional. Chloe and Karen were very attentive and answered all my crazy questions from phone to email to visit . Very happy with everything ...thank you .

Lorraine is very professional in her approach to your skin needs. Just finished a course of Caci and my skin has not looked this good in a long time, even hubby commented. Always left the salon with glowing skin. One very happy customer.

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love coming here, as soon as you walk in the door your made to feel so welcome, Ken is so friendly and welcoming, really nice that I hadn’t been in for a few months and that they remember me.
I have long very dark brown hair, I wanted it lighter and had a few pictures of what I liked. Chloe was absolutely fabulous in explaining and talking me through what was achievable her and Chris both talked about the possible end result and I couldn’t of felt more confident in leaving my hair in her hands.
The end result is stunning and I’m absolutely delighted. She also put layers back into and has given it a great cut. I’ve had so many compliments. Thank you so much I was nervous, but as soon as I walked in the salon my nerves disappeared.
I’m so excited for my next appointment at the end of June to go even lighter.
Hopefully I’ll also get a wee appointment in with the MUA for my night out!!
I also took my sister for her first ever appointment, she had Keratin hair straightening treatment done she looks so beautiful and she is over the moon. She is so excited for her return visit.
I was driving but she very much enjoyed her wee glass of bubbly.

If you want a wonderful hair experience then this is the salon for you. Was pampered at this salon from when I arrived to when I left. The girls were so accommodating and left my hair feeling healthy and revamped. Will definitely be back.

Hi from the welcome at the front door to the cut itself everyone was lovely and I really thought Rachel was a credit to your salon. She was kind, helpful and listened to my nonsense . It would be great if you could add tips to card payments as I forgot cash and left embarrassed that I couldn’t tip. However I’ll pop in today to see Rachel isn’t bumped !

I have been fortunate to visit ECH for several years. I can not fault the service and personal advice given about style, colour etc. All staff contribute to an excellent experience in very relaxing surroundings.

Love my visits to ECH, it's like a day out where you leave looking and feeling so much better! Lorraine, Beauty Therapist and all Stylists are amazing and so lovely too as is Karen on reception!

Chris my stylist listened carefully to what I wanted (balayage), and came up with some great ideas and picture examples based on my skin tone and original hair colour, as well as previous colour applied. I was so happy with the result! The atmosphere and chat was upbeat and fun throughout and I thoroughly recommend the Ellen Conlin experience. Will definitely be back!

This was the first time Chris did my hair, and my plans were a little different than my usual blonde. I told Chris I wanted to go back to my roots, copying my natural hair colour. Without even seeing a photo of my natural hair, both Chris and Chloe went straight to work - they just knew what to do and what colours to use. Chris and Chloe took such good care of me and were able to completely transform my hair. The colour is perfectly matched to my natural root, which nobody has been able to do before. I left the salon feeling absolutely beautiful and radiant.

Used this salon since it opened and have always found the service to be professional and highly competent. Very friendly staff and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Although I am a regular now at Ellen's I'm treated like a brand new client every time. Chris always makes a fantastic job of my hair colour and cut. I'm so pleased with it.

I am always made to feel very welcome when I walk in here. My treatment with Lorraine was really relaxing. My lashes have been lifted. My brows are beautifully shaped and tinted. After that my treatment continued with Caci. Lorraine takes expert care of all of my face. I am delighted with the result. Thank you.

Ryan listened to a slightly over anxcious mother with patience and created a superb cut for my little boy. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back.

Lovely staff from start made to feel welcome and well taken care off. Parking is an issue if you’re not used to west end however in the salon they have this great way to pay for your parking when you arrive which was brilliant. Will definitely return

Find the music screens which inc ads don’t add to the ambiance.. totally unnecessary addition to a salon which I would like to chill in !
Check the cost .... £180 cut and colour came as a bit of a shock.... maybe it was the Proseco!

excellent best hair salon I've ever been to. my niece now comes up from Cumbria to get her cut and colour. Been to all the "top" salons in Glasgow Paris and London over the years but ect is the best

As older woman, I sometimes feel younger hairdressers are less interested in me but here I felt really valued. As a team they seemed really committed to giving me the best hairstyling experience they could. They’re a lovely team. Very positive; a really collegiate team; all interested in each other’s creations and in every individual client. Ryan is a great stylist. Really meticulous. I was delighted with my colour and cut. Really can’t praise the EC team enough. Great experience. Will definitely be back.

Hair loss.....never something you want to experience, but a problem which the fabulous team at Ellen Conlin can really help correct. Chloe is a wonderful warm and caring professional, and with her knowledge and skill she has transformed my hair!
