This was the first place I used for a bikini wax after moving to Glasgow and loved it. Made the mistake of using another place closer to my house once which only made me realise how great this place is. I’ve never gone anywhere since!

The least pleasant procedure done by the best therapist. Quick and efficient, can’t ask for anything better than that. Also, a very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

As always a warm and calming environment. Hollywood is not as glam as it sounds but as always Ava's chatty and friendly manner teamed with her top class waxing skills keep me coming back. And somehow she manages to make it a lot less painful than anyone else EVER!

You open the door into Designer Waxing and you instantly feel relaxed and at ease. You are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from everyone at the salon. Ava always takes the time to ask you about your day and even in the most 'awkward' of positions she makes you feel comfortable and secure - this therapist knows what she is doing and she never fails to do the best intimate wax EVER!

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife as she is unable to do so herself. Ashley has been my wife’s therapist for over a year now and we cannot praise her highly enough. With quite a debilitating disability, my wife needs help as soon as she walks through the door to the minute she leaves and it is such a calming, easy going experience knowing that Ashley adapts and knows exactly what to do, she truly is a very caring individual. Our only wish is that we left this review sooner, and if the owner of the salon can see this, Ashley is a credit to your business and my wife looks forward to seeing her every 6 weeks, as she has the ability and compassion to look beyond the disability and connects with the person inside, I also have it on good account that her waxing skills are superb also! Thank you once again!

I've been to this salon a few times and whenever I have to go elsewhere I regret it. Jo gave me a fast and painless Brazilian wax. A blessed relief after having a 1-hr painful and ineffective wax appointment somewhere else before Christmas. I'll be sticking to designer waxing from now on.

Since moving back to Glasgow I have been on the hunt for a new waxing specialist....I have used many of the other waxing salons in the city - which have been OK....but Designer Waxing was AMAZING!!!! Loved the salon environment and treatment room - all finished to a very high spec creating a feeling of luxury from the moment I stepped in the door. My therapist was fabulous- obviously had a lot of knowledge and made me feel comfortable and confident in her skills. Definitely found my new regular waxing salon.

From the minute I walked through the door the staff were friendly and inviting especially as this was my first appointment. Any fears I had were immediately forgotten about as Ava explained everything. First Class service in first class surroundings.

Quite expensive but worth it!

I had a Hollywood was with Nicole today. It was first time having an intimate wax and I was so nervous. But I didn’t have to be as Nicole was absolutely amazing. She put me at ease and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I will 100% be coming back! Can’t praise her enough!

Great girl and very professional service

I first went to Designer Waxing when I was 18 and it was in a tiny room in a basement beauty place in Glasgow. I'm not even a little surprised at how big it's not become. It's by far the smoothest, quickest, least painful wax I've ever had, and I've been to quite a few places in Glasgow. The only reason I would ever find anywhere else is I'm I'm ridiculously last minute and they're full. This morning I was running late (sorry again) and Anna still managed to have me waxed and good to go without any judgement on my time keeping. Can't recommend Designer Waxing enough.
