First wax for a long time as I usually find it painful. Have to say it’s the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. Ely was very professional and super efficient. It was pretty much pain free. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great waxing service.

The staff member was very kind and professional, and I really appreciated her effort.
However, I was quite disappointed with the final result, as a noticeable amount of hair was not removed. I understand that the hair length may have been shorter in some areas, but I wasn’t informed beforehand that this could affect the result.
Given that this is a full-price Hollywood wax (£40), I was expecting a more complete result. I would have appreciated either being advised to reschedule or offered an adjustment in the service or price.
I hope you understand my concern, and I would appreciate if you could offer a solution, such as a discount or partial refund.
