Rhyleigh is so thorough and professional in her work, and I leave every appointment with perfect results. Her work isn’t even the best part about visiting the salon - her rapport is. She has such a personable way of interacting with her clients that makes customers, new and existing, feel like they’re coming to visit a friend each time. Being regular customer, Rhyleigh asked if I would model for a new member of staff being trained. In this session, I witnessed her teaching her craft to someone else and the standards she holds herself to as she taught them to someone else. I’ve been going to Designer Waxing for a few years and have always loved the staff, the atmosphere and the results. I recently had knee injury that severely limited my mobility, and I had to skip a couple of appointments. When I wanted to come back I was nervous about my lack of flexibility and what that would mean for my treatment. But I spoke to Ryleigh ahead of time and we agreed to try it and just manage our expectations. She warned me that she wasn’t a magician- turned out she lied, because she was able to do everything I’d booked and then some! She was caring, communicative and patient, and I left feeling like a new person. I felt like myself again, and after a major injury and recovery process, that feeling is invaluable. Thank you to Ryleigh and the whole DW team for being the absolute best.
Ps, if you have any injuries or accessibility issues at all, make sure that you speak to the salon before your appointment! They may need to allow more time for the treatments x

I’ve been getting my waxing at designer waxing for years now. Emma is so welcoming and professional every time I visit and book in and always tries her best to get you an appointment when you need it. Ryleigh is simply fantastic at her job so much so that I look forward to getting it done every 6 weeks! Ryleigh makes you feel welcome and calm whilst ensuring you receive the best wax. I hardly feel any discomfort due to her expertise and my results are always smooth and long lasting. Having previously tried other salons, I can honestly say that I will never go to somewhere else for my waxing needs.
