I’m not loyal to any particular therapist because all of the team are great. As always, my experience on Saturday was fantastic - Rayleigh was funny, and put me at ease. G-string wax was expertly and swiftly done and I’m really happy with the result.

Lauren is fab. Professional as they come. Travel all the way from Bristol to get my waxing done!

Had my regular wax which was brilliant as usual. Really thorough and felt so comfortable. Always delighted with the results and look forward to the next appointment!

I’ve used Designer Waxing on and off for the last 3 or 4 years. They are always so busy, (for good reason and also because I need to plan ahead!) that I have almost seen every therapist here.

And can j just say - they are all complete masters at what they do. Wizards even! Never had a bad wax or bad experience here.

Always made to feel comfortable and happy with treatments

Finding a good wax therapist is hard to come by, and after being left without one I was on the hunt for someone amazing. Lauren was very bubbly and chatty, the service was so quick and as pain free as possible. She was thorough and informative - I’m so impressed and can’t wait to come back.

Had a full leg, underarm and Hollywood wax with Vicki. The salon was lovely and she did such a good job!

I have been a loyal client of this salon for about a decade. After lamenting about a painful waxing experience to a friend, she told me Designer Waxing was the only place she went to. She modelled swimwear professionally and a good waxer was a must for her, so I trusted her opinion. I still remember being shocked the first time I had a Hollywood wax at Designer Waxing and realised it could be done painlessly.
I also get my eyebrows done at the salon- waxed and tinted, which is why I was in yesterday. It had been a long time since I’d been in (months) and I’d been trying to save money by doing them myself. I’d managed to get tint on my nails that wouldn’t budge but my brows remained sparse and light. I had wasted money trying to save money. . .
The minute I called and got manager Emma on the phone to make an appointment, I was reminded how much I had missed the friendly and welcoming service the salon provides. I had never met therapist Gail T before. She not only made my eyebrows look wonderful again but she has outstanding customer relations skills. I left the salon feeling so much better. Every therapist I’ve seen over the years at Designer Waxing has wonderful customer relations skills. That’s why I return. I’m paying for a whole experience, not just the waxing etc, and Designer Waxing offers that whole experience.

I am only sorry I have taken ten years to write a review, ladies!

I would highly recommend Ryleigh M. She is excellent at her job. I bruise easily and my skin is very thin and fragile but Ryleigh listened and since then I have had no bruises, not one! I’m very impressed. She delivers her service in a professional and friendly manner. She is a delightful person too!

Not only is this a great place to get an intimate wax but the surroundings are fabulous and the staff (I go to Ava) are wonderful, really friendly and put you at ease. Would recommend to everyone, wouldn't go anywhere else
