I came to Gemma looking for a transformation from blonde to a peachy copper and a new style. So happy with the end result and couldn't have asked for more. The other team members were really friendly, helpful and considerate too. The shoulder massage was a lovely little treat.

My guilty pleasure is getting my hair done. I absolutely love coming to Bloom. The staff are absolutely lovely and take such great care of me. Kirsty is amazing. Kirsty gives me great tips on how to look after my hair. My hair has never looked so good and being shown by Kirsty how to look after my hair when I want to leave it natural and curly, was absolutely brilliant and I really appreciated the time Kirsty took in doing that yesterday. Kirsty is so lovely to talk with and we always have a great chat. Thank you Kirsty for everything that you do for me.

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was looking to go from really light blonde to a dark brown and Kirsty made it happen. From start to finish Kirsty talked me through every step of the process which was great. Could not be happier with my result!

I had a full body massage and facial at Bloom. Very relaxing and invigorating. Lovely ambiance and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. A real treat.

I had the loveliest appointment at bloom with Vicky for my pedicure. I was made to feel like a VIP and it was a total treat.
Every member of staff made me feel very welcome and I have already recommended the salon to my family and friends.

Had a 90 minute body and scalp massage with Vicky which was fantastic and much needed! Booked back in in 4 weeks time and you get a discount if you go regularly.

I was recommended Bloom by a friend, and I was honestly not sure anyone could fix my hair.

But step in Jenna D! I arrived with damaged hair - broken from years of using sun-in bleach and desperately trying to home-tone. It was patchy and sad.

I knew I wanted to make my hair look suitable for my wedding. Jenna took the time to ask me what my end goal was, and explained that it would take a few sessions, but that we’d get there.

Each time I went in, Jenna D took the time to explain what to expect at the end of the session, and what the process was.

After 5 sessions, my hair is exactly what I asked for. I’m so glad I trusted the process.

Also the new Keune products are so good! They leave my brittle hair nice and smooth.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jenna D - and will honestly not go to anyone else. Thanks Team Bloom - and most importantly, the lovely Jenna!

I had a very relaxing hour long facial. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed from the outset. The products and setting were really nice. My skin felt lovely and soft and was glowing for the rest of the day.

First class cut and colour and service as always. Lynsey always give a great colour and cut. Many friends ask me where I get my hair done. Love this salon!

This is the first time I have visited Bloom and I was delighted. My daughter loves her haircut. Jen always makes a fabulous job of cutting it. I was offered a coffee while I waited for her and felt very comfortable. A lovely environment. The staff were all very knowledgeable after the products. We will definitely be back.

Hollie always listens to what I would like and she has achieved an amazing colour with my hair. Cut is always great and the curls today were perfect!! Love it!!!

A really lovely experience with Kayleigh- a bold colour and a wee bit of shaving at the back, a short hair cut but very stylish. Love it! Plus enjoyed seeing photos of wee Jack, her nephew who decided to arrive before Kayleigh’s birthday and not share(steal) her birthday. A wee beauty and a very happy customer.

When you Have curly hair it’s so stressful going to the hairdressers. A tiny little bit of hair cut off the ends can be catastrophic but Lynsey always does an amazing job and I have never ever left anything less than delighted!

I am also allergic to hair dye (nightmare client I know!) so have to be so SO careful what I’m getting done and over the years at other salons have had some nightmares. Lynsey on the other hand has been able to transfer my curls from bright blonde to dark brown many more times than I can imagine with absolutely no trouble at all. The service is 10/10. Highly recommend!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

I wanted something new for the Summer and Kirsty consulted me on all the brand new Keune products and colours to make sure I was happy with my decision. Kirsty is an absolute joy, she's super professional and always has great chat. I always leave my appointments feeling fabulous! Super happy with my new colour.

Angel and I agreed on a plan at consultation and we agreed again the same colours and hair style. Angel was so nice friendly and professional and all the staff in bloom were friendly and nice atmosphere. My hair was perfect and done in quick time which was brilliant and my hair is in great condition, I bought some hair products with my £25 voucher towards them so thank you bloom. Will definitely come back again.

Amazing nails as always

I had my second massage with Vicky today. Vicky was attentive, friendly and provided excellent service.

The massage was amazing and tailored to my needs. Vicky worked to remove knots in my muscles whilst making sure I was comfortable and getting the relaxation I was looking for.

I left feeling so chilled and it has helped relieve pain I feel in my back/hips due to endometriosis.

Alex, is quite simply one of the best therapists around. Booked a 90 mins facial after consultation made it 30 mins back massage and 60 mins facial - truly listened after asking the right questions! And WoW what a session, would highly recommend anyone to have a massage from Alex.
Cannot highly recommend her enough - fabulous inside and out, thank you Alex

Thanks Lynsey for a great cut and colour ?

I loved my services but showing my appreciation in the form of a tip was such a difficult process. I couldn't add it onto my card payment, the qr code would not scan for the tipping app. I emailed to say I would bring cash on the Monday and received an email saying that was fine only to arrive and it was closed. All of this has put me off a bit.

Best massage I have had in a long time. Alexandra has healing hands. Well def be back in a few weeks for another one. Thanx so much xx
