I had the pleasure of being styled by the amazingly talented Jenna D. From start to finish, Jenna listened to what I was looking for and understood the ask. Throughout the session I was made comfortable and had an Amazing hot choccy whilst catching up on emails. Jenna and Team were superb and to top of my whilst I received a complementary hair product which is lush! Can’t wait to be back for my next appointment! Thank you! Ash B

I was in your salon this morning and I am so happy with my results. Angel was my stylist and she was fantastic, so knowledgeable and professional. I have been struggling with what to do with my colour for a long time. She listened and talked me through what she wanted to do. I learnt more about my hair through listening to Angel than I have in 20 years of getting it coloured. I’ll definitely be back. She didn’t push for me to buy lots of products and I really appreciated that. (Sometimes in salons, the big push to sell products can be very tiresome) I bought what I knew I needed and she helped. She’s an asset to your team.

I arrived at the salon having mucked up my booking (by not actually doing it properly online) and the team went over and above to fit me in so that I could have my hair done before my holiday. Kayleigh gave me options on colour techniques and took time to consult on the exact colour result i wanted to ensure we were on the same page. Despite squeezing me in, and probably making her day more frantic, she was so friendly, calm and professional, making my trip to Bloom as relaxing as always. I'm so pleased with the colour. (definitely a fan of Keune!) After my colour, Gemma Davers did my cut. Again, she took time to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted - I have wavy hair that i leave to dry naturally and I hadn't had it cut for over 6 motnhs, so there's a bit of an art to getting it cut the right way, and Gemma absolutely nailed it. Again, so friendly and relaxed with the chat about both my hair and life. I was really looked after today at Bloom, the vibe is so relaxed and the whole team have a way of making you feel like they really care and want you to have a lovely experience while providing top class service, skill and products. This was my second appointment with Jenna D as it was enjoyable as my first. It’s clear that Jenna is very experienced at what she does from colour consultation to my appointments she listened to everything that I asked for and took the time to think through the best options. Jenna is really open to discussing what I want and adapting my colour at each appointment. And all the while with good chat. The whole team in Bloom are so friendly and professional and could not have looked after me better on my visits.

Jen has been chopping and taming my tremendously rough foliage into terrific submission then shape for a number of years now. I always leave her with a great hair-do on top of my daft coupon and replete with banter.

Loved my afternoon at Bloom! Everyone made me feel so welcome from the initial greeting through to the stylist and assistants. My stylist Lynsey was incredible and I am thrilled with my cut and colour, she really listened to what I was hoping to achieve. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Jenna was excellent - clearly knows her stuff inside and out and very informative and reassuring about the steps we were taking. Very thorough and took time not just to explain things to me but to coach a younger team member through things. Also a lovely warm person. A really positive experience overall.

Vicki was extremely good and friendly, as was the lovely receptionist (sorry I didn't catch her name) The treatment room was very comfortable and the reception area very welcoming. The coffee was a real bonus!

Firstly I googled the product my stylist uses on my hair back in Australia and then I found Bloom !! They were able to fit me in on short notice to do my regrowth touch up . .I was allocated Maeve who was excellent in every way . Kind attentive to my requests and really thorough , I was so happy with the result… good work Maeve !!

Today I went to see Jenna D for a cut, I had went to her a few times in a previous salon a few years ago, and she always cut my hair amazingly. I found out recently where she had moved to and decided to go back as I’ve never liked the way my hair has been cut since. I went to get some bangs cut in with some more shape to my hair as it’s very long and thick. Jenna done exactly what I asked for, my hair feels and looks so much better. I definitely will not waste my money going anywhere again, worth every penny!

I’ve been coming to Jenna for more than 15 year and am never disappointed! I love to change my hair - new colours and cuts and Jenna is a total expert in decoding what I want and making it even better than I could anticipate! She’s a brilliant colourist and amazing at sharp sleek or softer cuts. A total professional but super fun - it’s always a pleasure.

I came to Gemma looking for a transformation from blonde to a peachy copper and a new style. So happy with the end result and couldn't have asked for more. The other team members were really friendly, helpful and considerate too. The shoulder massage was a lovely little treat.

My guilty pleasure is getting my hair done. I absolutely love coming to Bloom. The staff are absolutely lovely and take such great care of me. Kirsty is amazing. Kirsty gives me great tips on how to look after my hair. My hair has never looked so good and being shown by Kirsty how to look after my hair when I want to leave it natural and curly, was absolutely brilliant and I really appreciated the time Kirsty took in doing that yesterday. Kirsty is so lovely to talk with and we always have a great chat. Thank you Kirsty for everything that you do for me.

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was looking to go from really light blonde to a dark brown and Kirsty made it happen. From start to finish Kirsty talked me through every step of the process which was great. Could not be happier with my result!

I had a full body massage and facial at Bloom. Very relaxing and invigorating. Lovely ambiance and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. A real treat.
