Sorry I can’t remember the lady’s name now in the spa area (she was English accent maybe) and very very lovely and friendly made me feel at ease during start to finish and gave a beautiful massage!

Kayleigh did a wonderful job. I left feeling like my best, blondest self!

Being going to Preeti for a while now and today was just for colour. My hair is in such good condition under her care that I get a lot of good comments about it, Including today when I arrived and that was before the appointment.

Not having visited the salon for some time, it was particularly nice to see them again. How lovely that they both remembered me and were pleased to welcome me back.
My hour’s treatment was lovely and relaxing in Lynsey’s gentle hands.

This is not the first time I've visited this salon. It's my go-to for any hair, skin, relaxing needs. What's not to love about having someone wash + cut + dry + style your hair... All while someone gives you a hand massage. Tea or coffee upon arrival, great music, awesome atmosphere. It's the perfect place for anyone (especially moms) to relax and be treated like the Queens that we are!

Really enjoyed my appointment for a back, neck and shoulder massage - nice atmosphere, friendly service, and a great massage with lovely essential oils. Will be back, thank you!

As always my hair feels amazing from getting it washed and the service provided in the Salon which keeps me coming back.

Thought I heard Katie, so could be karyn instead? Comfortable experience, hard not to fall asleep when getting hair washed. The cut was great and highlights were spot on, I trust this place a lot, no matter who I have everything is consistent and professional.

Jade has been styling my hair for a while, but today I decided to get something totally different! She really understood what I was after and delivered a beautiful result. I'm really pleased.

As usual, everyone at the salon was lovely and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back.

Angel did an excellent job of cutting my hair. Informed me of what was happening at each stage and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Mentor checked my hair often and complented how nice it was and how good a job Angel was doing which was reasuring although I had only seen good reviews regarding Angel.

As well as a really great cut, Gillian and the rest of the team always makes you feel very relaxed. I always leave the salon feeling recharged.

Alanna was absolutely wonderful with my daughter today. Very patient and professional. Constantly checking in to see that we were both happy and so friendly and patient with my daughter. Haircut and service were fantastic. Cannot recommend the salon highly enough.

Love the salon and all of the staff. Trust Gillian explicitly with my hair and she never disappoints. All staff are wonderful, welcoming and totally know their stuff.

Visiting the spa at Bloom for facials has made such a difference to my skin.
Nikki has so much knowledge and good advice to share for looking after your skin everyday and the spa treatments themselves are heavenly!

Always a colour that suits my skin tone and a good cut. Nice attention by the team all round.

I asked for a gentle uplift in my colour and Preeti offered extra highlights and toner time on her busy Saturday. I think she worked through her lunchbreak to make sure I left feeling delighted with my hair. Always leave the salon feeling totally looked after and with lovely hair

Lovely Gemma gave me a great cut, my hair now has texture and volume and feels lighter too, no longer heavy and lifeless.

I have been getting my nails done regularly by Natalie for months and they are always perfect !

I have quite long hair so wasn’t expecting much but I was wrong they know what there doing Brendan done a great job and was a very pleasant young man from start to finish , and Jade also helped guide him with care which was really nice to see .. outcome very happy and look forward to my next visit as and when I’m needed .jeep up the good work guys ??????‍♀️????? xxx
