This is the first time I have been to this clinic. Unfortunately 2hrs before my appointment I was phoned to say that the clinic was running late and to come later. I did this but there was then not enough time for what I had booked and I was offered to have the appointment carried out in the shop window! I declined. The manager was sharp and unapologetic. I will not be returning.
Toni was extremely professional and friendly. I always feel welcome and comfortable in the salon, mainly due to Toni’s personality. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
I am so happy! After just a few sessions of Lumecca my red veins on my face have completely gone. Toni was So professional and talked me through everything. It was a bit nippy but more comfortable than other IPL treatments I have tried elsewhere.
Just signed up a Six Skin journey and so excited to try and get my skin looking 10 years younger!!!

I have been visiting this salon for many years. Neiva does a perfect brow wax and tint. Always cheerful, timely and attentive so brows are perfect! I shouldn't really share this as it's my best kept secret! But it's out now! highly recommend......
Professional service every time
Liam’s message was superb. The three part message of a back and shoulder ,facial and foot, allowed me to float into Nirvana for an hour. Strong hands soothed a body knotted so much I finally after months had a decent nights sleep! Hurrah for the miracle worker!
I love my appointments with Lauren and her wonderful team. They are skilled but, just as importantly, super nice, which means the salon feels just as good as it looks.

Roisin was lovely as always and did a great job.
It’s my first time in the Charlie Miller salon and I’m not sure about it. It’s loud with the hairdryers going constantly and it felt awkward walking through the salon.
I think it was Lana who did the job and what a job she did. Strong attentive little chat which is good all in all a delightful experience. Will come again soon
