6 months since last appointment. Delighted to see my regular stylist, Gabby, again and get her usual great advice and beautiful cut and colour.
Salon was set up very well, fully covid aware. Relaxing experience.

.Excellent service as always from Gabby. Salon is following all the recommendations re Covid19. Masks, face shields, extra cleaning, social distancing all in place but does not impact on the friendly, relaxed atmosphere and great service.
I've been going to Shapes for years&i'm always really happy with my haircut&find it very reasonably priced. Find it a really welcoming salon&I won't go anywhere else!

most amazing colours in my hair. Lots of people have made good comments . Long awaited hairdo. Have been getting my hair cut etc at Clives for over 20 years and never been disappoint .
Really happy with my hair so far not washed it yet so need to wait see how it is after being washed. The colour is lovely jade was so accommodating as I had not booked for colour but managed to fit me in for that too.

Still very efficiently run as always whilst adhering to current guidelines with staff wearing visors and all customers wearing face coverings. Social distancing practices in place too.

Booked 5 haircuts for the day and was worried it would take up a huge chunk of my day, but it didn’t. First appointment was at 2:50pm and we were all done before 4pm. It was great. The cuts were good too.
I was delighted to see Gabby again and to catch up after such a long time. As ever she made a superb job of my hair - the colour and cut are first class.

Salon really Fresh and well laid out.
Been going to Mack at Shapes for almost 2 years now. The salon itself is big, a really friendly atmosphere. Went today to have my dyed red (usually blonde) mohawk dyed back to blonde and a slightly different style and she wasn’t even upset! Never any judgement, a huge mix of clientele, can’t see myself going anywhere else.
Will add that I went somewhere else once before there, it took twice as long and was way more expensive with a bad result.
So glad to have my hair done with Michelle who knows exactly how I like my hair and whom I trust.

After Lockdown I desperately needed a hair cut and Clive did a fantastic job can't say thanks enough because I actually got the date wrong but Clive squeezed me in but took his time and I loved my new style.
Everyone had PPE on but there was no difference in the atmosphere still a welcoming visit
Was anxious what to expect at first but was very relaxed when I got tbere felt nice and safe with the social distancing measures in place.. Great hairdressers and lovely aimostphere
