Had a lovely relaxing morning, enjoying good conversation with Michelle while she colour and cut my hair. Having being going to Shapes for years to get my hair done and i trust them to give me what i want. Delighted with my hair today, Michelle can usually decipher what i try to explain how i would like it, and she has never let me done. Clive is always welcoming, as is the receptionist and the other hair stylist and i always feel comfortable in thier salon.

Mack is a friendly individual who listened to what I wanted and executed it beautifully, colour is gorgeous, exactly what I asked for. Again, listened to how much I wanted cut and delivered a lovely blow dry finish. Mack gave good advice on products which I was happy to purchase. A friendly team, polite, no rushing (which is something I hate), treated as an individual. Covid-19 restrictions adhered to, felt safe, staff discreetly cleaning after each client. Will definitely return and support this local business.

Everyone very professional but also very friendly, made to feel like I have input on my final style my little girl also love getting her hair cut at shapes she loves how they pamper her!
Everything was clean and adhering to Covid regulations. Very attentive and when I asked a question regarding my hair, I was given good advice re products. I was shown how to use these, in correct order and to see how hair was after use. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a good hairdresser.
