I used to hate getting waxed but Lorraine has totally changed that, always make you feel at ease and somehow manages to wax you so you feel very little pain... this was amazing compared to some ther salons I have been too ! Couldn’t recommend Novella more!

Don't know the name of the Therapists that I had today that did my eyebrow dye, wax and LVL lashes but I would highly recommend her. She was chatty and courteous making sure that I was comfortable. It was a pleasurable 1&1/2 in the salon. Very pleased with the result. I will ask her name the next time!

I was extremely nervous when I arrived at the salon today!
Lorraine 's calming and professional manner reassured me straight away.
She took plenty time to go over things we discussed in my consultation last week and explained clearly what to expect this visit.
Once we were both ready the procedure it's self was so much easier and painless than I thought it would be.
I realise the final result will develope over the next few weeks however so far I'm delighted and enjoying my new look.
It was a pleasure visiting the salon again coming from a customer service background totally appreciate good service and professionalism.

Lovely friendly salon. All the girls are so good at what they do at Novella. Whatever treatment you have you can guarntee you will be leaving feeling and looking fabulous. Every colour you can imagine to choose from for your nails. The cuticle work is 10/10 which is often forgotten about at other salons I have visited. Can't recommend this salon enough. I am currently getting a tattoo removal here and the staff are amazing so down to earth and friendly. I went to 2 places before here and they were very expensive and not friendly. I would recommend novella for any treatment.

I can highly recommend Novella. If you're considering semi permanent makeup Loraine is very experienced, friendly and professional. She spends lots of time measuring to get the balance and symmetry just right while discussing the shape and shade required to customise your treatment and ensure the best results. I have had my third session now, an 18 month top up, I'm delighted with the results and have no hesitation in recommending Loraine.

The laser treatments by Loraine are really effective. She walked me through the process and explained the equipment before she performed it and was happy for me to go away to have a think about it which made me want to go to her even more as she never pressured me.

Lasering is never pain free, but the result is worth it.

I come regularly for shellac on my own nails. And the ease of appointments via online booking, the friendliness of staff and quality of application is why I go regularly.

Today the girls arranged a quick file and polish for my daughter and her friend for a birthday treat. And they loved it. It was really kind of them to take such an interest on the girls and engage in their nonsense chat with ease.
