What a lovely relaxing hour I’ve just spent having my lashes done with Naomi they look amazing

I really love this salon. Everything from the first class customer service to the attention to detail treatments are amazing. Lorraine and her team certainly know their stuff and, as a client 'of a certain age' I've visited a few salons in my time and can honestly say Novella tops them all!

I have been going to novella for about a year and a half now and I am always greeted with a friendly smile making me feel welcome. I go to lorraine for waxing and HD brows and she always makes a great job! Would definitely recommend to everyone :)

Met with Loraine for a consultation appointment today and completely felt at ease from the moment I walked in the door.... I have been pondering over the treatment for a couple of years now and after seconds of meeting Loraine, I knew I had made the right decision and chose the perfect place to have the treatment done.... Loraine was so friendly and lovely to chat to. Professional, relaxing and I cant wait to see the end results.

First time at Novella the salon was recommended to me & Loraine was very friendly, informative and helpful. She advised my eyebrows were fine and would probably need done in about 6 months time. I was extremely happy with my consultation and would highly recommend Loraine she is very easy to talk too and explains everything very well. I can’t complete review about value and result as only had a consultation.

Faye is very friendly and welcoming. I have a skin complaint and Faye took very good care when waxing my eyebrows lip and chin.

Love this salon. Caci ultimate facial from Lorraine is probably the best I've ever had (and I've been to a few salons). Faye does my eyebrows and nails and every attention to detail is taken. Would thoroughly recommend this salon to anyone.

I got a laser tattoo removal session here yesterday. I got full information and advise. The staff were lovely! The treatment was over before I knew it and I was made to feel at ease immediately! I would definitely recommend this salon! I can’t wait to see the results!!
