I had balayage and a cut from Zara who did an amazing job! She was friendly and knowledgable and my hair looks great, would definitely recommend to any blondes to get their hair done here, really lovely service at a good price too.

Eilidh made me feel relaxed as I can feel anxious. Good haircut, good product knowledge. Overall a positive experience.

Felt really really welcome and was accommodated from the start, despite messing up on my part with the booking. My stylist was very open about having to try something new as what I’d asked for wasn’t something shed done before but she managed amazingly and remained confident and professional throughout. Also this was the first haircut Ive had where my curly hair was properly taken into account and was looked after the same way I would choose to - which is very uncommon. Thank you for a great experience!

Poppy was so nice and personable and understood exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and everyone was very careful with coronavirus precautions, which made me feel very safe. I hadn’t had my hair cut in a very, very long time so it needed a lot of TLC. Kate was not daunted by my hair but was excited to breathe new life in to it and style it how I wanted (shorter and choppy with curtain bangs). She was fast, efficient, asked me how I liked it as she went and was obviously skilled at her job. She was great company and a true professional. I’m very happy with the result. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

Zara was great! She listened to what I wanted in the consultation and really made my idea become a reality! She was super sweet and helpful. I am so happy with the results!

I had a brilliant appointment with Eilidh last week. It was my first time at the salon and with her as my stylist but she completely put me at ease and spent time making sure i was completely happy with the colour choices. Everything from the consultation to the end result was fab. Will definitely be going back.

As always a great haircut from Poppy who always makes sure I am happy with what she is going to do and makes sure the whole experience is the best for me. I also wished to chat through colouring and Poppy gave me all the information I needed.

It was really good to get my hair done, today. The whole process was easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was also good to catch up with Fraser.

Salon a bit stark looking but get it of course. Lucy gave a great cut n colour. Think the 15% surcharge is pretty steep and I hope temporary.

After 21 weeks, I had my haircut by Fraser today. What a difference a great haircut makes, I feel much more like myself. As always the team at Medusa Teviot were fab. The salon was clean and felt very safe.

Poppy was so friendly and cut my hair exactly to how I wanted. Really enjoy the effort she put into styling, even though it was quite a quick cut. Very happy with my result!

Kylie has been cutting my hair every month for close to two years - she knows exactly what I need and the cut is perfect every time. The salon staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing. Great salon and a wonderful stylist !
