When I went into the salon I felt a bit nervous as I haven’t been in a salon for a long while due to Covid, I was made to feel very relaxed by Zara and the girl that washed my hair, I loved my cut and blow dry, I felt that relaxed I booked in again for a few weeks time.

Fraser always takes a lot of care and attention over everything he does from listening to cutting to styling.

Loved my cut and blonde balayage by Zara! She really listened to what I wanted and gave good input back. My hair is very thick but she was patient and took her time to make it perfect. Thanks so much!

Always happy with Medusa & Andrew is great at both listening to what I want & making suggestions about things we could try. I have really thick hair & it’s hard to find salons & stylists that can deal with it, but never disappointed with Medusa.

This was my first hair cut and colour in over a year because of Covid and Laura was brilliant. Medusa was amazing value and had multiple steps to make me feel covid safe. Will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience. Kate made my ‘post COVID” haircut appointment far more relaxing and enjoyable. I had a wonderful haircut, exactly what I was dreaming of. She made me feel that my hair is back to life. I’ll definitely go again and again. I also like the place because it offered me the privacy I need as a hijabi girl.

What a lovely, friendly and talented young man. He took care and paid attention to detail when colouring and cutting my hair. Both the colour and cut were excellent and I am delighted with the result. Felt like a new person when I left the shop. Have already re-booked with Fraser. Fraser is an amazing with Hair cuts! Gives a cut that suits you .. very quick at understanding what you need and what will suit your face . I would recommend that if you have not tried Medusa, please please give it a try... worth a visit and worth a hair cut .. Fraser does magic to hair with so much patience and perfection...
