Alex was amazing. Great attention to detail and knew exactly what my hair needed. 100% recommend getting your hair cut by him!

While I normally love my cuts at medusa my stylist cut a large straight chunk out of the front of my hair instead of gradually blending it into the rest of my hair for adding framing to the face

My hair is exactly what I envisioned, despite it being hard to explain. It feels and smells incredible and zara was so friendly.

I was visiting Edinburgh for the weekend and needed a haircut. I googled salons close to our hotel and booked in with Laura. I had a long grown out bob and Laura had a chat with me prior to cutting to decide what length to go to and what would work for me. I love my new bob and have had so many compliments from friends and colleagues. Such a shame that I can't keep coming - although I am tempted by regular visits to Edinburgh!

i had quite an extreme haircut planned when i went in, and it was understood completely, there was a really nice woman cutting my hair who checked if everything was okay for the duration of the haircut, she understood my reference completely and i couldn’t be happier, thank you so much

It was Ellie who done my hair she was not on the list! I went in with very warm blond and left with ash blond! the girl works wonders! Iv booked my next two appointments. Fab salon with friendly and knowledgeable! highly recommend this salon and this stylist.

Had a couple of horrible hair cutting experiences lately simply because the people cutting my hair didn't listen to what I asked them to do or simply couldn't do it. As in, one guy literally couldn't cut my hair "free hand". He would only use clippers. Pretty crazy. Anyhow, Kate was not this person. She made me feel as comfortable as I possibly could feel considering the horrendous experiences I previously and actually understood that "it's my hair". She not only listened but was genuinely nice. Didn't seem phoney while she was doing it either. She also shampooed my hair and that was extremely nice and relaxing as well. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Just a great overall experience from what seemed to be just a nice normal person. I left feeling not only happy with what I requsted but felt relieved and thought it was a refreshing experience. Thank you so much Kate.

The assistant that washed/conditioned my hair was lovely and friendly, ensured I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing (apologies I can't remember her name but her hair was red and her manner was gentle).

I love to get my hair done from Zara she always understand what I ask, if I decide to change colour I’m always very pleased with the result, she advise me and listen to my needs always.
