After not getting a professional haircut since January 2020, my hair was in need of some pampering. I am so happy with the results, Chloe took so much care to make sure I got the hairstyle I wanted and my hair feels so much lighter and healthier now. Looking forward to my next hair appointment!

Once again, Kat performed a miracle on my frizz mop.

Kat and the team at Medusa are just brilliant. They listen to what you want and execute it beautifully.

I love my hair these days after so long of never being happy with it. Nicola knows my hair, curly or straight and cuts it for both. Frequently I have found stylists don't cut for my natural curl but not this time, she knows my hair. I can style it easily and she always gives me tips on what to do to change it up. So happy!

I was happy with my hair however I got a balayage colour which I was told would be £100 and when I went to pay it was £126. They charged me for a blow dry as well. I asked was this a mistake as I would assume the blowdry should be included but no, they said this is policy.

First time coming here and enjoyed my experience and absolutely love my haircut. Nicola matched what I wanted my hair to look like and it looks better than I imagined.

Wonderful!!! Always love coming to Medusa. Team are so welcoming and very professional. I have highlights done the same way every time and a trim by kat and she is spot on, and so lovely. The lady in the next chair even complimented my hair afterwards haha!! Thanks guys xxx

Nicola is always super helpful when it comes to my hair. She’s super friendly, always willing to offer suggestions and helping with my unwilling hair.
The young girl washing hair and sweeping today (2/11) was also very friendly to everyone she approached.
Would recommend this salon to anyone and especially Nicola who always delivers fab results!

I love coming to have my hair done by Kat , I think it’s been over 2 years and more , and have never looked back, love my colour and my cut . , she knows how I like it and it’s perfect, see you in December x

Kat spent time with me to determine what I wanted and gave me sound advice and guidance.. The end result was a beautiful cut enhanced by a subtle but stunning soft grey toner.”I am delighted with my new look.

Casey was amazing! Really understood what I was looking for and recommended what was best for my hair type and current state! My colour is awesome, so natural and just what I asked for! And the cut is fab too. I've rebooked already!

I felt like the stylist ***** did not listen to what I asked for. Asked for a curtain fringe and she gave a short blunt fringe. She clearly had no idea how to cut or treat curly/wavy hair. She just did what she wanted and added loads of products that straightened the hair and added frizz. Think she was in a hurry to get me out of there so she could go for Saturday night drinks.
