Had a lovely experience today with Corinne and the girls! Felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time and the whole process was very covid-safe. Came away with my hair looking and feeling great, with every one of my hair concerne addressed. 10/10 will be going back!

I made an appointment with Marnie after a stylist at another salon did an absolutely awful hack job of my hair. Marnie was so sweet and sympathetic, and she spent lots of time talking me through how she could make the cut work for me. She did an amazing job of turning a terrible experience into a really positive one, and worked out a style that looks flattering and makes me so much happier.

I will literally never go anywhere else again!

I always feel 100 times better after getting my hair done by marmite at medusa . Been coming here for years . Marnie always seems to know what suits me and the girls are all lovely . Would not go anywhere else .

Connor is an extremely skilled stylist and created the style I asked for with an added bit of discussion and advice about how best to interpret the example photo I showed him. He's asked my hair twice before and each time I've been super satisfied with the quality of the cut.

I recently visited the Medusa salon for the first time in order to soften a balayage done by a different salon on my hair. Connor was fantastic in creating balance and structure on my hair color, and carefully listened to how I would like my hair to look like. The result was 100% on point, professional and consistent . I would definitely recommend this salon and will be my choice for my hair appointments going forward :)

Most amazing cut and colour by far the best I’ve ever had!!! Corrine was amazing. Took so much time and care and I couldn’t be happier. Had a huge change to my hair went from long blonde (not a great blonde) to a gorgeous wolf cut and ashier brown/blonde!!

Mikey did my hair on Wednesday and it was in bad condition, but he did a fabulous job on the cut and blow dry. Would recommend him 100%. What a lovely young man he was as well, really chatty and put me at ease 10/10 from me

Really lovely stylist. All staff friendly and cut is good. Colour wasn’t what I was looking for, very ash blonde rather than bright, but I have never been before and maybe I wasn’t clear enough. Service really friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming to Kate for years and she is the colour wizard! Great cut to freshen things up again as well

Connor is a lovely person who listened to my wants, helped me define what it was I wanted and throughout the cut and blow dry was a joy to talk to. Jo looked after me from the minute I arrived, I was fairly anxious as going from long hair to short, however Jo reassured me and asked lots of questions so I was out at ease. I’m delighted with the result and have already rebooked.

It's about 6 months since my last visit so there was plenty of hair to play with. Colin asked what I was after and as usual I left it up to him because I totally trust he will only do what suits me!! The salon was clean and socially distance adhered to. I sanitised my hands with sanitizer provided and left my contact details. Screens were in place between wash basins and my hair was quickly swept up. I felt very safe x

My stylist was Connor and he has made me feel unbelievably good about myself. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and he has given me a cut that I am in love with.

Went in today for a long overdue colour and Kate did her usual fantastic job even with the added difficulty of self applied box dye needing fixed too. The staff and experience are always lovely and I cannot recommend enough!
