Last week was my first time into the salon! Excellent customer service. I was made to feel very comfortable. Unfortunately I forget the name of my hairdresser. I must say for all the years I have been going to salons, I was so delighted to find someone so talented and creative. He mentioned he takes part in competitions and recently won quite a prestigious award. We had a good twenty min chat about what I was looking for and my lifestyle, regards maintanance. The next evening I got a million compliments from friends and family. Seriously took years of me! Will be back for sure. Love the outcome. Ps. Got HD eyebrows and lash tint also top class result. Thanks!

Having usually gone to gents barbers for a cut, this was my first time in a salon. The staff were lovely (my stylist Kate in particular) and the attention to detail was incredible. I will certainly make this my regular place for my hair.

I have had my hair coloured and cut by
Kirsty many times now. She is a total professional who is expert at her profession. She cuts and colours my hair to perfection. The reason for this is that she is not only talented and passionate about what she does but she listens to what her client wants. She is a lovely person who is understanding even to the smallest of expectations.

I phoned up in the morning and I was giving an appointment that lunch time which was convenient for me. My hair was cut by Lorenzo I believe, he was very friendly and chatted away very easily. I usually see Sarah but she was fully booked.

First time getting my hair cut in Scotland (am a Canadian student). Chose this place because of its proximity to my flat. But I lucked out because it's a great place to go! Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I had my hair cut by Kelsey who was lively and incredibly professional.

I went in today for my first haircut in 7 years, so needless to say I was extremely nervous. Sarah was so friendly and knew exactly what I meant when I described the cut I wanted. I have very curly hair, and the cut she gave me really enhanced my natural curl pattern. I had a really wonderful experience with Sarah, and I would highly recommend this salon.

I got my hair cut and impromptu nails done today. It's been a rough week but everyone at Medusa is just lovely and before you know it you look and feel great again.

Jenni always works her magic and today was no exception. Love!

Another fantastic haircut by Jo. I have to say Jo has been cutting my hair for about five years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have to say she is not only a great hairdresser but also has excellent people skills and has a unique ability at putting customers at ease.

I had my hair cut and coloured for the first time by Kirsty and have never been so happy with my hair!! I was not satisfied with my hair colour before but had struggled to find a hairdresser to colour it the way I wanted it. I could not believe the transformation, cannot recommend her enough. And such a nice atmosphere in the salon. 5 stars all round!

Fabulous haircut and lovely respectful and friendly stylist. I was shocked at the price though. I need to remember to check that before booking the appointment, in future. Perhaps that's the cost of a good haircut these days. I just hope the stylists are well paid for their undoubted skills and creativity.

Fantastic staff who know their stuff, and won't cut more than you ask for but happy to advise if you need it. Free drinks are a plus, as is the online booking system and text reminders. Can't recommend more!

I have always been nervous at any hairdressers. But with Sarah I can relax and always get excellent service and a top class blow dry!!

I went in for a full colour with flashes. now I dont get the average colour, i like something different and ashley took this in her stride. She explained everything and started working towards the hair i wanted. I just had my second visit and couldnt be happier with the result.

For over 18 years Colin has cut my hair and it is always a pleasure visiting the salon, not least for the colour and cutting expertise but the happy vibe the whole team project. They're supportive, welcoming and really work for their collective team. Keep up the good work.

Just had my second appointment with Kate and I feel amazing!!, she changed me from a washed out red to a dark brown and I've never felt better! 10/10 will be back with friends!

I have been going to Kirsty for over 2 years now and every time I am 110% in love with my hair. I trust Kirsty to make decisions for me as I'm very indecisive/unadventurous but it always turns out great. I would (and I have!) recommend her to anyone and always feel confident in doing so. The salon is a great location and lovely and modern and great coffee too!

Once again I received impeccable service from Medusa. I have been a client for over 10 years and the service I got today is of the same standard I received on my very first visit. The Salon is always busy but from entering until you leave the salon everyone makes you feel special.

Been comingto Medusa for a wee while now. Can't comment on any other stylists apart from that they are friendly but sarah is a great stylist, listens to what you want and won't let you away until you are totally happy.

Kate is a fantastic hairstylist and she has the best customer service skills I've experienced in a long time. From the moment kate greets you, you feel like your in safe hands, she really listens to what you want and understands - she is polite, professional, accommodating, I could go on and on. She is a real asset to medusa. She's wonderful!

I love coming here all the stylists have time for their clients, it never feels rushed, they make you feel pampered it's a real treat. My stylist is Kirsty we always discuss colours and styles and I'm always happy with my end result!

I had Jenni do a colour correction today. She was fantastic! Lots of greatly needed, friendly advice and my hair now looks fabulous! I will definitely be back!

Had colour, cut and blow dry with Marnie on 3 February. As usual she was very friendly and did a very nice job. Cost £85 which included a discount on the dye.

I always get jenny to get my hair done, colour or cut and without fail , she always does an amazing job and very attentive to the style I want everytime I come in. My hair can be quite difficult but still manage to advice me the best way possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
