Just had the most amazing cut with Sarah. My hair is thin and lank and I told her to do what she wanted. I’ve left salon with the best cut I’ve ever had, she was so precise in cutting to ensure I had the best shape and her chat was great. Will definitely be going back

Charlie is a very talented stylist. This is only my second visit, and he has made me feel at ease, has a great understanding of a difficult hair type, always listens, and communicates his ideas well. I left feeling great! Thank you.

I always love coming to Medusa to get my hair done, it's such a relaxing experience. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Kirsty my stylist is amazing and has transformed my hair today completely changing both style and colour and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I went to check Medusa out after it was recommended to me. I was not disappointed - I got the hair cut I wanted and the chat was good too. Great value, I will be back!

Yesterday I had the privilege to meet Kirsty, the best hair specialist I've met. It's difficult to explain what what she did to my hair, as I find her work a piece of art, she doesn't dye your hair, she paints on it. She's amazing. A BIG thank you. I also need to add that I was impressed by the cleanliness as somebody was permanently tidying up.

I wanted my longer bob style into a shorter style, more like a pixie cut. Marnie made a lovely job of my hair and cut it in a way so that I can be flexible with how I style it myself. I love it! Marnie and all the other staff were very friendly and it was a nice atmosphere in the salon. Thank you!

Thank you to Sarah for another great cut and colour. I always feel confident that she will listen to what I want, but also that she will use her expertise to let me know what will work.

I would defiantly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a hairdresser. I love my hair and it feels so much healthier.

Fanatics service for my first Medusa haircut. Stylist gave my bob an overhaul correcting a previous cut from another salon. I left feeling very happy. Everything about my experience was great from the initial greeting, to hair wash, refreshments & styling where the stylist made sure he spent time understanding what I wanted before he started. Lovely salon with a welcoming & relaxed atmosphere

Really battled to find a good hairdresser until now. Ryse the stylist took such care in getting to know what I wanted, gave a gorgeous head massage and really made me feel fabulous. People skills are just as critical to being a good hairdresser as technical knowledge, and I'll be returning for both!

I had my hair done with bryony! It was the first time in my life getting my hair dyed and it was amazing!!! She was super sweet and did the best job! Couldn't be happier!! Plus she is still a student hairdressers, so it was a bargain for first class service. Thank you ^^

I arrived a little to early but it was fine, I was made feel relaxed and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Ryse cut my hair i couldn't have asked for better cut as I had a bad experience with a barber before. I would definitely recommend this hair salon to people in future.

I thought the hair cutter was very nice but she didn’t really do what I asked.
I asked if my hair could be thinned out, she didn’t. I asked for an equal length all round and one side is longer than the other. Not happy at all.

I did not get enough attention from the person who was responsible for the perm as she had another client the same time.

Marnie has looked after my hair for years and today we went rouge and cut my hair short. I love it and so happy with results as been unwell recently. Marnie cheered me up and lifted my spirits. It was a great way to spend a Monday morning and I felt happier and healthier as I left the salon.

I’ve been getting my hair coloured here for quite a while now and I’m never disappointed! marni my hairdresser had been colouring my hair bright red for a while now and I decided to go black/brown like Kim Kardashian’s hair and that’s exactly what I got. I absolutely love my new hair colour all thanks to marni. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Madusa salon they are 5*star professional’s at what they do!! ❤️

This is the second time I have been to Medusa and the second time Bryanay has cut my hair. The results are amazing, I'm so happy with my cut. The salon is clean, bright and the staff are friendly. Great place and I highly recommend it.

I can’t thank Kate H enough for giving the hair I always wanted. Soft bangs, soft layers made me look so incredibly in tune with the summer months. She was great at making me feel comfortable, as well as advising me on the approach I should take for my hair. Will definitely be back!

I've been going to this place for years now and the staff could not make you feel more at home.... everybody is smiling and the other day when I went in I was 10 minutes early I was offered a lovely icy cold beer.

I had a nightmare with a different salon and turned to medusa desperate for help. Jo worked her magic and colour corrected me back from a horrible streaky mess to a beautifully natural looking brunette. She clearly knows what she's doing and she's also got a great manner about her. I've finally found my hair dresser. Will only be coming back here from now on. I could not recommend this salon highly enough!
