Great find in Marchmont, and the stylist is professional.

A trip to Ishi's never disappoints. Chris & Lynn always make you feel welcome & the atmosphere of the salon is so calm & relaxing.
Lynn is a fantastic stylist & it's a real treat to have her Cut & Colour my hair.

I was very happy with the cut and blow dry which I had with Chris. He listened to my concerns and cut to deal with the problem.

I gave short hair but heat was getting to me and Lynn helped create a smart new style involving clippers and skill full blending of the layers - would recommend ?

Bit disappointed tbh. Not as good a cut as I was hoping for. Probably won't return. Other clients' hair looked great though, so maybe I was just unlucky!

Not been to Ishi for many years due to a house move and the salon not being local to me anymore. Tried various other salons since then and not been happy. Returning to Ishi was a great move, Lynn listened to what I wanted and gave me a great hair cut that I love! She spent time consulting with me through the process to result in the best hair cut I’ve had in years.

Lynn is absolutely amazing. I left a new person after having a mop turned in to a beautiful Bob. So happy and wouldn't hesitate recommending Lynn.

Can't thank Chris enough for saving me from my lockdown hair. He is a fab colourist and brought life back to my hair. Loving the highlights and cut!

Lynn took the time from my first visit to understand my hair and she matches that knowledge and her expertise to my needs every time. I alwaus leave Ishi with my hair looking great!

Side note... I've always been nervous of hairdressers because my hair is 'difficult' (thick, curly, dry and prone to frizz). Many hairdressers are just not able to cut that sort of hair well. Lynn is one of few that does it really well.

Lynn’s cuts are always transformational and grow out beautifully.
