Perfect highlights and haircut, exactly what I was looking for and great chat.

I’ve had my hair cut by Jess a couple of times now - it’s been a lovely experience both times. She’s great at listening to what you want & also suggesting what might be best. I’m moving away and devastated to leave a hairdresser I trust & feel relaxed with!

First time at Medusa Hanover St. and what a great experience from start to finish. Consultation 2 days before to plan colouring and style then on the day further discussions of the plan of action with Paul; so I felt really comfortable and confident I was with the right stylist for me. Really nice guy, easy to communicate with. Colouring was a big change for me; from very dark with chunks for whities coming in to multi tone highlights to lighten, give movement and direction. Once colouring complete time for my cut which I’m VERY pleased with; precision cutting with minimal loss of length which sits well and will grow out nicely. So refreshing to leave a salon and not look like I’m off to a wedding!! I can’t bear that. Paul read my personality, got my drift and delivered a top rung cut and colour. Bailey who assisted Paul was also super sharp, knew exactly what she was doing and was really nice person. I traveled 200+ miles for this appointment and I’ll do it again in a few months time because it was worth it!

Marco was absolutely lovely and really enjoyed my first time at Medusa. Really love my hair feels much healthier however the waves have gone down very quickly which I did ask could I get my hair blow dried curly but it has gone down which is a little disappointing but never the less I really like my hair and my experience and will be back
