Loved my colour refresh
After a lovely first cut, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been cut into a graduated bob, something I said I did not want. I didn't think it was so bad at the salon, but I'm almost in tears drying my hair at home this morning to see how it falls and the step between the front and the back. I wanted to see how my hair reacted when I styled it myself and as I have said, I am very disappointed. I'll be cancelling my next appointment and looking for a different salon.
Reese was amazing! She gave me exactly what I wanted and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. She really listened to what I wanted and did such a lovely job.❤️

Saimone was very good at the kids hair cut. Saimone did want me to purchase kids shampoo and conditioner for my wee girl but it did make me uncomfortable when she kept going on about it. Overall a good experience
