Kacy is amazing. She has been doing my hair for a few years now and I always leave feeling great. I love the atmosphere at David Lloyd it is so relaxing as its not too far from my house. Union square is good too and really handy for also going shopping etc

Great appt as usual, welcomed nicely on entering the salon by Gemma. She always confirms with me exactly what i would like done with my hair. Enjoyable experience, Gemma chats away and always has a nice manner about her.

All of the staff are welcoming and very helpful on the phone whenever I’ve called. The salon is always well kept/maintained and I love the products they use too! I regularly book in with Lisa for massage treatments. She is excellent, always makes you feel at ease and really manages to work out all the knots in my back which is amaaazing! See you again soon!

A visit to SAKS always gives me that ‘feel good factor’ which lasts! From the minute you walk in, the friendly greeting from the receptionist, the helpful trainee and the professional care from the stylist, all add to a great experience. Leaving the salon after a visit, I am always confident that the hairstyle will be easy to maintain and will look good until my next visit.

Chelsea has time and time again cut my hair so well and in a modern “undercut” style that suits my personality and it gets many compliments!
