Always a pleasant experience at Saks David Lloyd. Chelsea today instead of my usual stylist. Always chatty and cheerful. Junior did a lovely relaxing hair wash and head massage. Offering the use of the massage chair and foot rest to relax you further. Tea, coffee or water supplies. Nice buzzy atmosphere today. Left feeling good about my hair and cut.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the highlight that I have got today.
Terrible experience. I repeated multiple times what I want. As much as it is and as light as it is possible.
At the moment there is ridiculous difference and visible line between my today's highlight and the previous one. The new one is extremly less than the previous one. It is not respectful that the hairdresser decided to reduce the volume of the hair that was supposed to be highlighted without even bothering to discuss it before the job, and telling me it suits better for my hair!!!!.

Had a lovely relaxing time today as cappuccino and biscuits were served on tap as Amanda made my hair look stunning again. Will keep returning to this gem of a salon. And oh, did I mention the free parking? 10 out of 10 to Amanda and Sax Garthdee.
