I was very happy with my visit to Salon today. The girl who washed my hair was lovely and her head massage was wonderful. Very relaxing. Katya made sure of my choices before cutting and put me at ease. She gives good advice on how to manage my hairstyle. Happy to return when i require to. It’s been almost a year with other things going on. Somy hair was long, dry and in need of a lot of TLC. I was undecided on cut and whether to colour.
I’ve known Lauren for almost 15 years so was happy to let her loose.
Hair was neatened up in length, softened around the face and after a nourishing treatment she also curled it to finish.
Her advice not to colour as my natural greying is giving its’ own highlights was also appreciated. She also advised to wait a 8-10 weeks for next appointment. Two things that could / would have been advised differently elsewhere to create more revenue. I appreciated the honesty.

Grey to stunning colour

Went in for my regulat cut and colour with James. I had gone in looking like a frumpy old lady with long frizzy hair and a good couple inches of grey roots showing and came out with a beautiful chin length cut with lots of bouncy curls/waves. The colour (2 reddish highlight colours and a dark brown undercoat) is fab! Wish I had a party to go to...! All the staff, (reception, assistants and hair washers),are very friendly, such a pleasure to visit.

Always a lovely relaxing time spent at Saks. Lauren and all the staff friendly and welcoming. Lauren’s years of experience ensures you receive good quality hair care be it cutting colouring or styling. The option of a massage whilst having your hair washed is a must along with the offer of a head massage pure bliss.
