Where do I even start!! I’m a 17 year old with autism and adhd. I went out of the salon with a skip in my step. I was so in love with my hair and I was so relaxed that I look forward to getting my hair done. My hair is really well looked after and they are all very professional and nothing has ever gone wrong. I love this.

To be honest wasn’t impressed, the stylist was ver nice, however, for £47 to have your hair washed and I don’t think the junior washed my hair correctly as only toe front of my head did she apply shampoo, also the water went down by back. The stylist dried my hair then took the tongs through it and advised upto put my hands through my hair later. It was flat at the top, no straighteners through my fringe or even an attempt to style my fringe. Will not be back as an extremely over priced for what I received.

As always james works magic with my hair . A relaxing experience and love metal detox treatment and ambience. Everyone so friendly and helpful

Very skilled lady, I enjoy having my haircut there and rely on her. She would give advice about haircut and always positive. You can also get a cup of tea or coffee and head massage as a bonus. What could be better :)

The girl who washed my hair did an excellent job as did Erin when she trimmed and dried my hair. I was very happy with the rest. Plus I really enjoyed the coffee and biscuits.

An excellent salon experience. Cannot remember the name of the girl who washed + conditioned my hair...plus gave me an excellent head massage. Top marks. Then Erin trimmed my hair as per my request. I was very happy with the end result. Exactly as I wanted. Plus a lovely black coffee and biscuits. A very pleasant girl on reception then took my payment.

Really happy with the service overall. I've noticed a huge improvement in the condition of my hair since getting my hair done at saks. Really friendly staff who make you feel welcome and really listen to what you want done to your hair.

Brilliant as always! Always a great service at Saks. Becca is excellent, and I enjoy the extra touches (coffee and head massage) which add to the overall customer experience. And the friendly receptionists deserve a shout out, too.

Erin is so lovely! I have only been once before this appointment and she remembered who I was and exactly what she did last time. I am so happy with my hair!

Hanna did an excellent job of my highlights and cut. The colour is just what I wanted, and looks lovely. She’s an absolute expert in what she does. Overall, I’m very pleased with my hair colour, and can’t recommend Hanna enough…

I was lucky enough to be fit in for a last minute booking after stressing about what to do with my hair while waiting for hand injury to heal.
My hair was washed and brought back to life, and enjoyed a lovely scalp massage (unfortunately i can't remember the girls name - sorry!).

Then Amy styled my thick hair into 2 gorgeous braids to keep hair out of the way and easy to maintain, while still looking really cute and put together.

Took such a load of my shoulders - couldn't be happier with my service today.
