From the moment I stepped into the salon it was amazing. I never caught the ladies name that checked me in, she was superb, and made me feel at ease straight away. Then Caitlin came to do my hair. She is a very caring person. She gave me a lovely head massage, I nearly fell asleep! I am so pleased with my hair cut and finish. I will definitely be back. Top marks all round.

They don’t blow dry extensions

A bit gutted to find out once I arrived that a senior stylist can’t blow dry hair with nano hair extensions until I had arrived. I booked an occasion long hair blow dry, there was no option or warning regarding hair extensions. I’d came from Peterhead having booked a 5pm slot that suited me since being busy and away for an event early the next morning. Gave me really no time to try and source an alternative.
It’s nothing regarding the stylist, as she’s not trained, but really it’s on Saks for not
Advising this on their website and also having senior stylists that they have not trained to blow dry hair with extensions.

When I arrived I was immediately taken to my chair and asked if I wanted a tea or coffee. I went over to get my hair washed and had a lovely chat and a wonderful head massage. Then my stylist gave me the exact cut I was hoping for and then styled it beautifully. Excellent service, excellent value. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and more confident.

First salon visit since moving to Aberdeen and my first proper haircut in about 7 months (don’t judge 😅).

I’ve been relying on home dye kits which, as it turns out, are not the best friends of dry hair… so I’ve officially decided to embrace my natural grey!

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel so welcome and made me feel like a valued customer. The salon has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Shelly was fantastic - she really listened to what I wanted and gave me a gorgeous bob that feels fresh, healthy and about 10x lighter.

I walked out feeling like a new woman and very relieved to retire the box dye 😂 So glad I’ve found my new salon!

From the shampooing including head massage to the hair stylist who cut my hair it was a smooth experience.
My Stylist listened to what I wanted at the beginning and checked with me now and then.
A good cup of coffee and I came out with a smooth shiny hairdo.
This has been my favourite hairdresser in the last 5 years and I wish I had found them sooner

The cut was good but the styling /blow drying left my hair completely flat despite me explaining to the stylist that I do not like my hair flat, Anisa blow dried it again but it was still flat.
Restyled it myself the following day and it’s fine so the cut was good.
It felt like a rushed experience and I had the impression the stylist was busy with another client. I was only in the salon 45 minutes

A very enjoyable visit. Was made very welcome on entry to the salon. Raegen was very attentive, listened to my style and colour preference. All staff were very pleasant and chatty.
