It was my first time at Saks Aberdeen and Amy was recommended by a friend. She made me feel so welcomed from the start. I had a specific haircut that I wanted and showed Amy some photos of it. She recreated the exact look and somehow made it look better and suitable for me! Her expertise shines through as she recommended a certain length for face framing which suited my face. Amy was incredibly professional, efficient and fast! I was so impressed! We had a lovely chat and her passion for her job was very evident. Would 100 percent recommend the lovely, professional Amy to everyone :) The whole experience was very relaxing and everyone was lovely. Special thanks to Georgia for a therapeutic hair wash :)

The younger stylists have no experience working with curlier hair. After my blow dry my roots were still very puffy and it did not look like I had a blow dry

When the heat protectant was applied there was no application for any other areas of the hair, just for the bits at the top. This can result in heat damage for people with thicker hair
