A visit to SAKS is a special experience. The welcome at reception, leads on to being shown to a chair and being offered your drink of choice. James comes to discuss hair styles and then it’s over to the hair wash and head massage. Return to your chair and a few minutes later, James is there to work his magic.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Sak’s.. From start to finish, the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, The hair wash features a massaging chair that allowed me to put me to put my feet up, This was followed by a delicious latte to enjoy during my haircut. . My stylist, James, did an excellent job with my haircut and styling, The conversation was enjoyable, with lots of laughs. Overall, Sak’s provided a feel-good experience with top-notch service. Always a pleasant experience at Saks David Lloyd. Chelsea today instead of my usual stylist. Always chatty and cheerful. Junior did a lovely relaxing hair wash and head massage. Offering the use of the massage chair and foot rest to relax you further. Tea, coffee or water supplies. Nice buzzy atmosphere today. Left feeling good about my hair and cut.
