I’ve just had the most lovely Elemis facial from Lisa at SAKS David Lloyd salon.
It was soo very relaxing and my skin is glowing, I would greatly recommend this treat! 💕

I enjoy attending Saks to have my hair done (not something I enjoyed at some other salons). Shelly and the other staff are professional and very friendly.

James is highly experienced so my cut colour and finish is always absolutely spot on. He’s a lovely person too so always great chat/laughs too, and he runs on time. Also a word about the very efficient receptionist Kay who gives everyone a warm welcome with an offer of tea/coffee served with a smile 😃

Lauren always remembers exactly how I want and like my hair and makes such an effort to make sure I am comfortable and have everything I need to get the most from my salon experience. Her blow dries are incredible

Chelsea is a consummate professional. She is professional and friendly. She always knows what to do with my hair. I leave the salon loving every aspect; colour, style, cut and blow dry.

Lauren is exceptional. She listens carefully and does exactly what you request, offering her expertise to help come to an agreed goal. You can tell that she really cares and takes her time, with such skill and talent. I honestly cant fault her and she is also the loveliest person. Saks are very lucky to have her.

Noticed grey hair in less than a week! Colour wasn’t done properly has so many shades on my hair although I paid for full hair colour !!

Chelsea understood quickly what was important to me. I am very pleased with my haircut. Laura was also very friendly, and I enjoyed the head massage. It’s always a good feeling coming here. I will be back soon.
