I came in today to get my hair done for my birthday and I am absolutely over the moon!! Katie listened to exactly what I wanted and had me in tears over the finished result!! Couldn’t recommend her more! Beautiful salon and lovely people! I can’t wait to come back

I really enjoyed the atmosphere within the store and everyone was very welcoming and helpful! The stylist I had also did a great job and was completely understanding of what kind of cut I wanted

I’ve been going to bloom for about 18 months now! The salon itself is fabulous and the products they use are very high end. My stylist Chloe has never let me down and I always leave the salon feeling amazing! Not just because my hair looks amazing but because you feel so welcome and have a right good chin wag and a laugh! Chloe knows exactly what I want even when I don’t and I trust her implicitly! I look forward to my appointment every 4-5 weeks! All the staff are very warm and welcoming and I would thoroughly recommend bloom!

I got my curly hair cut and dyed and it has turned out so well everyone was so nice and welcoming be it the friendly chatter, messages through instagram and offering beverages, Thankyou x

Bloom is such a friendly salon! All the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The care taken in looking after your nails etc is a good match for the warmth of the staff.

Can't recommend Chloe enough! She was so helpful and lovely. She wasn't scared to take my hair from blonde to black at all and it turned out so gorgeous. My hair is so silky and beautiful. Thank you so much ?

I asked Brooke to leave my hair mid length but add layers and make it feel less bushy and difficult to manage. She delivered not only a lovely colour but perfect cut which I love!!

Very high quality salon services, professional Hair Stylist. The Stylist carefully listens to your wishes for a hairstyle, warns in advance about the result and will help you choose hair care products. I really liked it.

Always get first class service from Colleen she’s been my go to for years. Just wish I hadn’t gone so dark this time lol. But would recommend Colleen to anyone

I felt very pampered for my first time at the salon. From the complimentary products and treatments to the hair colour itself, it was an all around wonderful experience. Colleen was so lovely as well.

I just absolutely loved my time with Brooke today, exactly what I needed. Brooke is lovely, knowledgeable and passionate. Her product knowledge was fantastic too. I needed someone who would see what I needed and suggest things, and Brooke did just that. I feel like I've gone from frumpy and dowdy to happy and stylish. Kerry-Ann was superb. She listened to my needs, talked me through her colour recommendation, pampered me with a neck and shoulder massage, a hot towel head massage, amazing smelling products, a fantastic cut and finally an amazing blow dry. I entered looking slightly dishevelled and left feeling amazing thanks to a fantastic hair experience ?
The staff are very friendly, salon is spotless, music was spot on.

Great attention was given to the condition of my hair and I must compliment their approach. The outcome for me as I am of a certain age and have not a lot of very fine hair and would have preferred slightly more volume, but I will discuss this at my next appointment!

Brooke has taken time to allow my brows to grow again as i have alopecia in my brows and now they are looking fantastic and naturally thick!

A big shoutout to Reece who worked her magic on my dull, lifeless hair and brought it back to a nice, healthy look. She was really very mindful of what I asked for and hit the nail on the head. She was also very knowledgeable about the products she used on my hair and gave me advice that was best suited to my hair type. She is a great addition to the team at Bloom as well as all the staff that I’ve encountered on my previous visits. I feel very comfortable every time I visit and it’s a safe and friendly environment! It doesn’t matter which staff member does my hair, I always get the same level of excellent service - and Brooke has become one of the only people I’ve liked cutting my hair, ever. I love my escape to the salon, always greeted with a smile, a cuppa and chilled vibes. I love with this place!

Was really pleased with appt today. It was a last minute appt having booked just yesterday but the service was excellent. The girl (sorry never caught her name), was very friendly and knowledgeable about her topic. Looking forward to my next one in a few weeks.

The salon is so comfortable and welcoming. Guy is a talented and considerate manicurist. He gives good advice on nail and skin care. Also the salon is excellent value for money.
