My daughter wanted her second piercing done and as we had such a great experience with her first piercing we returned to Julia. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced, Julia was brilliant with her and reassured her and made the experience enjoyable for her. My daughter was very excited about getting her ear pierced and the whole experience was exciting for her. Julia showed her the earrings and after choosing took her through to get them pierced. Afterwards we were given cleaning solution and told how to look after them. Julia was brilliant and so kind. She gave a certificate to my daughter after and a lollipop. Came in for a consultation after having a hair disaster. Staff were exceptionally friendly and have booked me in to fix my hair. I am so very happy they can help. Wishing I had come here first. They actually took time to look at hair colours and gave advice on how to best achieve the hair I want. Looking forward to my hair appointment . Will absolutely be a new regular. From sitting at home In tears about my hair, I now feel relaxed knowing that they can fix it and I have full confidence. Thank you so much.

I got four piercings done on my lobes and inner lobes. Julia was so kind and talked me through the entire process to make sure I understood what was going on and was comfortable. It's been almost six weeks now and I've had little to no pain in the healing process. Definitely recommend

Today was my first time having my haircut at Allure, and I left very happy with the service I received from the stylist Donna. Donna took her time to cut my hair well. My hair looks very tidy and much healthier. Will return soon.

I received a very friendly service from Julia who did my colour and cut and she explained what would be the best colour for my hair and she was very professional and patient, an excellent service

Great service and end results. The process is long but trust it, its worth it. I have curly/ frizzy hair. I booked in with Andi to have a Keratin straightening treatment done. I can not complain the minute I walked in the door to leaving. She provided a great service, explaining each process. My hair now only needs to be blow dried, then over slightly with straightners. Before this treatment, it would take me over an hour to do my hair, but now it has only taken me 15 minutes to blow dry. I have been away on holiday, and what a difference it made with the humidity. It would sit so much better, no frizz. Thanks again, Andi. I will be back.

Alesha is amazing with haircuts. My daughter and I both swear by her haircuts, she is extremely patient, kind and gives you what you want for your hair. I’ve also coloured my hair with her and she nailed it. Would definitely recommend her! Thank you Alesha!
