Very happy 1st time to salon. Katie was friendly made me feel comfortable. Listened and I was very pleased with my hair. Will be back.
Another amazing transformation blending my greys to perfection.
I had called in the morning for an appointment and specifically asked for the cost of a wash, cut and blow-dry. £47 I was told.
Excellent welcome at the door by someone who offered to store my coat and bag.
Comfortable hair washing process.
Good handling of conversation around the potential cut and style, with opportunity to discuss varying options before and during the cut.
Happy with the cut and curls, and good care taken to ensure the hair stayed in place overnight.
However, I was then charged £62, which only occurred to me was different to the original quote, later.
So I’m not sure what went off-kilter.
Enjoyed the whole experience.
All the staff were friendly.
