Firstly, I did not expect a review from the same number as my reminder as I messaged the same number to cancel the said appointment on Monday and did not get a reply!
I arrived uncertain after calling to check if my appointment was still live and turned up unsure about getting a colour as I was happy with most of my hair colour apart from blondish areas and dark roots at the back.
Alisha was understanding, I left her to decide the toner colour as I did not want to chance highlights or other.
It did look good in the salon lighting but next day in my normal lighting the colour is dull dirty looking even my nice white fringe that was not included but included in the washing etc. the blond is still noticeable. I wanted more white all over, now a dull grey colour.
It will wash out in 4-6 weeks but my original colour was much nicer. Quite disappointed.

I phoned on Tuesday to see if I could get my granddaughter, Charlotte’s fringe cut and despite being a hairdresser down I was told to come! I cannot remember the girls name but she was lovely with a 2 year old and wouldn’t take a payment! I thank you Allure for a great service. We shall be back

Nadia was excellent in taking care of my hair and cutting it. She was very professional and caring throughout, listened to my request and did a wonderful job! I have very thick hair , she went on to straighten my hair prior to cutting to ensure that the length is perfect throughout.

Went for highlights today (my hair is very long and natural colour). Show the stylist photo of what I like. After she diy my hair and washed it, was extremely tangled in the roots and she couldn’t fixed it for more than 40 minutes. The colour wasn’t what I wanted. My hair now is dry and smell like I use diying product from Asda, my hair absolutely doesn’t smell of nice hair mask or shampoo at all. The second stylist who took over did the haircut and was great. After all these 5 hours they charged me double price of the price for highlights on their price list.
It wasn’t the experience what I have expected especially for the price what you pay …
