Does the best job everytime

Came out with a fab cut and colour, as usual. The care that Gemma takes of you, and her skill with great attention to detail always makes for an awesome visit.

Caitlin is always amazing, I’ve been using her for a while now. She regularly sorts my extensions out and cuts and blow dries my hair wonderfully. No one actually believes I’ve got extensions in as they look so natural.

The standard of haircut is always a given - top quality. However what I always notice is no matter how busy the salon is at peak times or if it’s a bit quieter, the level of service never changes. Whether you are seen by a trainee or experienced member of staff it is still the same level. Always friendly, always professional, always high standards. Just shows the training of staff is absolutely on point.

Rachel - and also Ellie and Paris, the stylists who have looked after me so very well most recently - has so much calmness, enthusiasm and highly confident and huge talent, that I just leave my curly hair (that would otherwise have a mind of its own!) entirely up to her. I am never disappointed, and always exceptionally pleased - with the results, the salon, and its amazing staff. Oh, and the great value for money, too! Top salon!

Gemma is a great hairdresser, she knows my hair and what to do with it. I literally let her to do what she wants as I don't have much of an idea of what I want, we chat and gives me ideas or suggestions and I'm happy to go with it, she always comes good. Very happy with the cut and colour she has done. She always friendly and nice to chat with. Highly recommend her!!! I've had lots of compliments too ??
