It's great to be able to 100% trust the judgement of your hairdresser. It's a Brucie bonus that's she's absolutely delightful company too!

Been going to Rachel since she worked at the old Hale Terence Paul salon 12 years ago. Always been happy with my cut and blow and customer service she provides.

Having been a customer on and off for 25 years the last three visits have been some what disappointing.
Issue 1. I bought very poor quality 'salt' hair which I contacted the salon within 5 weeks of them being applied. It is knotty at ends and looks scraggily. I have had hair for 2 years which looks better than this. It’s disappointing from a salon which I highly respected.
Issue 2. The attitude of my stylist.
During the consultation process for tape extensions, I had the feeling my stylist was trying to put me off buying the 'salt' hair but thought it was because it had to be ordered and may not arrive in time for my appointment. The 18" length and the covered tops made it attractive, so I pursued. I noticed it was thin when they are first applied but thought this was due to it being new and it would thicken with washing, but nothing changed. On my first re-apply I asked my stylist had they had complaints about this hair, and they said yes because it is thin. I asked had she tried to put me off the hair because of the quality and she nodded. At £75 (approx.) a pack it feels half the amount of hair than was in the previous rapture brand. I had asked the weight before purchase, but no one could answer me and said they don’t sell it by weight which I thought was odd. Within 4 weeks the scraggly ends were apparent and no matter how hard I tried the hair felt dry and 'knotted / tore' at the bottom. I mentioned to my stylist when I woke up it was knotty and she said just put it in a plait in bed. I’ve had hair extensions for over 20 years and never had to do that before. It just felt like I was being told to just accept I have bought bad hair, which I don't think it a great attitude given it was bought from the salon. On my last visit, my second top up, I said I really wasn’t happy with the hair, and it looks so unpolished at the ends, to which they responded. It looks fine and next time buy beauty works. When I have spent close to £300 on the hair to hear this, I feel is very disappointing.

Ruth is brilliant, so professional but friendly and relaxed too. I would 100% recommend her. I love my hair, colour and cut.

Brilliant job!

I’ve been seeing Megan since April and I’m so pleased with my hair every time I leave the salon. The colour is always exactly as I ask for and I’m always pleased with the cut and blow dry / styling. She’s also lovely to chat to and makes it a very enjoyable experience all around.

I started coming to the salon sept/Oct.

You can sometimes be apprehensive when going to a new salon and whether will get it right, well Caitlin got it right not only is she a lovely person she a great Hairdresser and has even steared me away from straightners

I been 3 times now and booked for Jan will Caitlin and wont be going anywhere else.

Really excellent cut. Great welcome and atmosphere. Fabulous cappuccino! I’m already booked in again for January.

My 2 daughters had their hair cut by Gemma. They are aged 4 and 6. Gemma was absolutely wonderful with them. She gave them the full salon experience and blow dried their hair exactly as they wanted. The girls were delighted and really enjoyed themselves and the hair cuts are perfect. Gemma really is so talented and her attention to detail is exquisite.

Absolutely love getting my hair done by Gem ✨ It’s my third time going to her and she does a great job every time. She really takes care and attention to detail with every cut and colour, couldn’t recommend her more!
