TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

I have my hair coloured, cut and blow dried by Aimee and always leave the salon feeling fabulous . There is such a lovely atmosphere at Toni & Guy everyone is so friendly and you are made to feel at ease straight away. I love the little touches like the massaging chairs, the choice of hot drinks. You really do feel pampered. Always a pleasant experience cannot recommend this place enough.

Lovely friendly staff and atmosphere but appalling cut and blow dry. Stylist was continually being called away by other stylists and I think just couldn't cope in the time frame. Also seemed to not know how to do layers properly or cut a fringe. I won't be visiting again.
Fortunately after it grew out I've been to ***** in Middlewich and they've cut my hair beautifully thank goodness.

Unexpected price increase

Tbh I was a rather disappointed & shocked to be told at checkout by the receptionist that I was being charged an additional £20/£25 on top of my T-section for toner at £15 & blow dry at £10 after my highlights.. Did no one think it might good practice to inform customers of any price change before arriving at the salon? Having my hair dried, when it’s washed at the salon, should not be charged as an extra in my opinion . Whilst I understand that juniors are learning & need experience despite being L2 trained, the cost of this should not be absorbed by the customer, especially not at £10 in additional costs per blow dry or more if you choose to have a more senior stylist blow dry your hair. In most cases, a visit to the hairdressers involves your hair being washed and the drying of clients hair should be included in the price as in most cases when I get home I then have to wet my my hair and re blow dry my hair as it has not been blow dried/ styled properly even though the junior asks me how I want it blow dried. Toni & Guy send multiple marketing emails out to customers so I see no reason why they can’t inform customers about the structure of price changes/ increases at time of booking an appointment or before they before they turn up at the salon. Is there an option to decline the blowdry and leave the salon with wet hair as this is something I will request going forward if the pricing structure remains in place. Assuming I remain a client.

We had to revisit our price structure back winter 2021
This was communicated via our social channels and via email
We spent a lot of time researching and calculating how we could reach a point that was fair to clients and our team as we know every business has an increase annually.
We found that majority of salons charge for a colour blowdry
Normally around £20 plus
We have kept our prices to a minimal increase at £10
We have only increased our prices twice in 6 years.
Even when we have been closed for 7 months in the last two years
We constantly reinvest in education for our team, improvements on our treatment and beverage menu and the look and feel of our salon
I really appreciate your feedback and are forever grateful to all our loyal clients, travelling from near and far
I am happy to credit your account with £15 off your next service at Toni&Guy Stockton Heath .

I’ve always felt that a great hairstylist can work with any type of hair and Joey can do exactly that! ?

I have extremely difficult hair - curly, frizzy and really thick. I had a retouch color done with a cut and blow-wave with Joey and he exceeded my expectations above and beyond.

Amy is a wonderful stylist! My 10 year old daughter wanted to donate her really long hair to the little princess trust and Amy did an amazing job.
