TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

It's always a pleasure to visit Stockton Heath salon. The staff are very friendly & professional. Nothing is too much trouble.Thanks to the young lady who washed my hair (sorry I didn't catch your name) Today Nik cut my hair - he explained what he was doing,informed me about hair products,made me laugh and gave me a great haircut. I couldn't ask for more!

Love having Liz as my stylist and the staff, no matter what level, are always polite and friendly.
Have brought my mother in law into the salon (she is very fussy) on short notice. She was fitted in without any fuss and came out with a smile - which was a boon for me!

As always Katie was fabulous and I was pleased with my colour. However, even though I booked my appointment in January it was changed without my knowledge and I am having to come in again on Tuesday after work to get it cut. This was upsetting because it was all planned around a big family wedding which is down south this weekend. Not up to your usual standard of service.

I am so pleased with my colour and cut. The hairdressers had a lovely manner and were attentive and respectful. I was asked if I was happy with a technician cutting and colouring my hair and I was offered a senior stylist to cut my hair. ,

I had a technician colour my hair and then I was transferred to a senior stylist for a cut. However, the technician ensured that I was happy with the colour.They listened to me when I asked for a certain colour and a different haircut. I came away very happy.

I will be back there in 6 weeks, very confident that staff know what they're doing. It takes me a long time to trust a new hairdresser, but they have won me over.

First appointment at toni and guy wasn't Dissapointed Nik cut and coloured my hair and did a fantastic job. Gave me lots of advice. The lady that washed off my colour was also very efficient and explained everything she was doing how to work the back massager and the products.

I always have the fabulous Jo for my curly blow dry - every Saturday morning without fail. However, this week I broke with tradition and visited in the afternoon and was looked after by the delightful and very talented Elle. Wonderful experience as always! What a clever girl!!! Birthday surprise

My partner decided to surprise me by booking me in for a haircut for my birthday 2 weeks ago and he wasn't going to tell me but i received 2 texts asking to leave a review for my visit this spoilt the surprise. I went today and Chloe was my stylist and she has done a perfect job i love it, the only thing that has let the experience down was when i received the 2 texts which i guess is automatic when a payment has been made.

Katie was attentive listened well gave ideas and inspiration and used her creativity to give me great colour and as requested a tidy cut. The salon was relaxing and initially quiet and refreshments provided on a regular basis. My head massage was a delight and I was advised on the best products for my hair. A real treat.

Gorgeous colour and cut by the lovely Liz today feeling a million times fresher now! so relieved having taken my 7 week old baby for the first time that she mostly behaved and everyone was patient when she didn't the receptionist even held her and kept her calm while I had my hair washed! Feeling all lot less worried about taking her in the future!

Had my usual colour and happy with the results as normal.
Unfortunately yet again I was charged a different price then my last visit but yet again was not given an itemised bill so was unable to understand the cost breakdown. Was given a price list upon my request but even that didn't help.
Although the atmosphere & staff are good I Feel the salon is charging City Centre prices due to its location but didn't feel I got the City Centre experience or quality. Got just as good results if not better at a much cheaper price when the salon was in the town centre. Therefore felt a little ripped off!!

Thank you for your 2 nd review, our prices reflect all the prices in Stockton Heath.
They also reflect National Living Wage & rents within the area.
All of our staff are trained to the highest level in hairdressing
They are Nvq L 4 trained and go on at least 4 courses per yer
All bar 2 have worked at London Fashion week and we have 2 loreal colour specialists in the salon
This is a degree in colour.

Colour correction, cut and blow dry

Cannot praise Katie enough. She listened to my complaints about my colour and treatment and then went over and above to rectify the problem.. she stayed late to ensure that all problems were corrected. Result was a fantastic colour,cut and blow dry and a happy client.

We made an error on your booking and apologised , as compensation for our mistake Katie stayed behind and you received a 50% compensation on your bill with no question

Sometimes things do not go to plan but I assure you we do try to rectify our mistakes

I got a good welcome and sat around for a while but that's fine as it was busy. My hair was cut by James and I was v happy. An hour or so later I was back with my son
Happy with his haircut too.
Funny thing was when I came back the second time no one even said hi or referred to my recent visit. I guess what I am saying is that it is not very welcoming, especially when we are regular visitors.
